So i decided to join her one day as her plus one. First off, know that you have to drive all the way to the back of the plaza to find it. But there's plenty of parking. The studio is run by two nice trainers: Sally and Jordan. They are very open and all about helping you. They tell you their story and listen to yours. It's all about setting goals and appreciating the little accomplishments. First thing when you walk in is that it's one big room. Not little alcoves here and there. Just a huge mat for you to get sweaty on. I did notice there's not one mirror- which is quite interesting. There is complementary child care and very nice locker rooms. They are like to do one on one meetings to check in with you every other week. Their hours are a bit wonky so check the class schedule each week before coming in. But what I like most about this place is that if you can't do a conventional push up, they find another way to get your body to work the same muscles. My advice? Come try it out!

I have contacted both owners of this establishment, yet no meaningful action has followed. Audrey continues to enter the facility despite prior incidents that should have prevented her return. The general manager--not the owners--appears to exercise full control over operations, making decisions as though no oversight exists. Consider this question: What becomes of policy when an owner orders former employees removed, yet management quietly places them back on the payroll? Such actions make plain who truly governs this place. There is also a matter that warrants public awareness. The former assistant general manager--who was asked to resign or be terminated--continues to frequent the facility. During his tenure, concerns were raised regarding inappropriate conduct involving minors, including reports of accessing the membership information of sixteen-year-old members and contacting them through social media. Regardless of how such concerns were handled at the time, they should give any parent pause. Prudence and vigilance are advised when young girls are present in an environment where such matters remain unresolved. And finally: Where do employees go when they are needed most? Not to the desk nor the floor, but to the break room--where duties are abandoned amid drifting smoke. More will be shared until real accountability is taken. Respectfully, Percival Drake P.S. One final note for those paying attention: should a sudden surge of five-star reviews appear, consider the timing and the names -- Jenna Jackman, Sofia Khalifa, Karyn Michael's, Shriya Katupilla. Several have no prior review history, and one is an employee of the establishment. All appeared only after our initial disclosure. The pattern speaks for itself.

Here's a quick summary for short attention span folks…read more This gym is expensive and worth every penny (to me). Your value prop might be different but if you want to feel good, have a staff who care about you, teach and guide you in a professional, friendly, unintimidating way, this gym is for you but you have to put in the time. My legs and back feel great which I was never able to achieve working out on my own. Marino's approach is quite different to what you are used to but you don't have to take my word for it, give them a call and setup up a free trial. 1. The facility is rectangular which lends itself well to conditioning workouts. You need the length so you can actually move. Exceptionally clean, 2 bathrooms and on nice days there is a large garage type door that is open bringing in fresh air. 2. Staff and semi private training. This is what you are paying for. Private personal trainers can cost anywhere from $40 to $70 an hour so the model at Marino's is to provide 2 to 3 trainers on the floor training several people at a time and this is done effectively because you have to schedule your time. This allows a given time slot not to be overrun upsetting trainer's attention. 3. Programs are provided based on your initial assessment and goals. Once a program is completed, another one is issued. This does several things. It keeps things fresh. Doing the same exercise routine over and over again is a guarantee you will quit a gym. It's tailored just for you and at the end of every program cycle, your input on what's working or not is taken into consideration on next program. If you injure yourself at home, develop tendonitis or any ailment that causes pain, the program can be changed at anytime to minimize your discomfort. 4. The staff (trainers and owners) are all higher Ed trained. They are all certified in CPR, defibrillators and have massage therapist onsite. Marino's has a registered dietician (RD), certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD). They're knowledgable, supportive and just nice people. 5. I'm coming up on 3 years here in Feb 2021 and my legs feel like marble columns, zero back issues and I can throw a ball again.
