The gym is clean with every machine you can think of. I love the fact they have a nurse evaluate you and do a full body scan, with this you can see your progress every 3 months. I loved the fact they were having a special to start with 3 training sessions. Wasn't sure if i would use them, I've worked out for 7 years I knew what i was doing right? I took a year off from working out and thought I would give trying a trainer a shot. Boy was I glad I did! I met with Kurt who was very professional he took his time with me, he took time to get to know me and personalize a routine for me. Kurt showed me equipment in the gym I never knew existed, so many new ideas and routines it was great. Kurt made going back to the gym exciting for me again. I left the gym every time excited to go back even though I was sore it's a good kinda sore. Kurt motivates you and cheers you along on some really tough moves but keeps ya going. Kurt is a huge asset to mainline if you get him as your trainer you would be very fortunate and ripped if you can afford to keep up the sessions The only downside to this gym is the training sessions are pretty $$$ for me. I wish they had smaller personal packages that were not as $$$

Before this, I had never in my life been able to find a fitness class or gym membership that worked well for me. As a stay-at-home mom I really needed something unique to help me get back into shape after my second baby. I am not comfortable leaving a newborn baby with gym babysitters and I don't want to pay for a private babysitter just to exercise. After much research, I found THIS! Moms on the Move is a cardio/weight training class that allows me to take my baby with me to exercise, and it's during preschool hours so I don't have to take 2 with me! Plus I get to chit-chat and have interaction with fantastic women while I exercise. It's not just for moms with babies either, or moms, or babies. Peace thru Strength offers every type of fitness class, personal training, and group exercise you can dream up and with class times that fit anyone's schedule. One of the best parts is that it is PAY AS YOU GO! No monthly gym membership that you have pay for regardless of how many times you exercise. Plus, you'll be hard pressed to find better prices in the area. I know I sound like an advertisement. I'm not - it's just that awesome.

If you're just trying to become fitter, lose stubborn weight, or improve your weightlifting Boom is by far the best option in the area. I've been going to Sonic Boom for about 6 months now and I can't believe how much time I wasted at big brand gyms doing ineffective work outs. Before joining Sonic Boom I was getting pretty upset about a weight gain that kept on creeping up no matter how hard I tried to stop it. It was making my clothes uncomfortably tight and putting me in a bad mood all day. Fast forward to today and I'm back to what I weighed years ago, except now I'm stronger and my range of motion has greatly improved. The coaches have helped me every step of the way with chiseling away at my flexibility and introducing me to new lifts in a safe and non-intimating fashion. The members also deserve a special shout out for being super supportive during workouts and encouraging everyone to do their best. Getting started with a trial was not only free but very low pressure and well worth it for anyone slightly interested in what this gym has to offer.
