I am writing this with a sad heart. For the record, please note that I am a senior disabled lady…read morewho had a lot of work that needed doing and due to my disability, I was unable to do this on my own. At first, Calvin did reasonably good work. He often spent too much time on the phone while he was supposed to be working for me. I tried to be understanding and teach him how to deal with these types of situations and conflicts from my experience as a Network Administrator who, from time to time, had to take on private project. I tried to give Calvin a chance. He became a friend after doing work for me. However, he asked me for an advance on work that he was supposed to perform. I had been working with him for a few months and after some deep consideration and trepidation, I made the call to help him out with the understanding that he had to show up and do the work. He NEVER showed up and when I tried to call him on it, he spoke to me a few times on the phone telling me how many "problems" he was having. I am a kind-hearted and empathetic individual so I kept calling to pin him down on a date for the scheduled work. He never gave me an honest answer and finally I asked for a refund/repayment of the advance. Again, many promises but no commitment or follow-through. Finally, he stopped answering the phone. To be perfectly clear: He GHOSTED me. I am pretty angry about this. This happened at the beginning of the year - after my first review. I have given the young man plenty of time but he has completely and totally abused my trust and my good nature. I would highly recommend anyone considering employing Calvin to be very careful and have signed contracts with schedules of work and no cash in advance

This saved us thousands of dollars, major headaches, and safeguarded our crawl space for years to come. Taylor was our guy and his team (another Taylor) were super professional, easy going, and had a level of quality that's hard to find. They also went way above and beyond. While in our crawl space, they noticed a dryer duct had come unhooked - and fixed it while they were working. I really appreciate that this company never tries to upsell and shoots straight when it comes to what is a critical repair and what can wait. They also give you a range of options that don't break the bank. These specialists are truly special.

Disclosure - I AM one of "those" people who want strangers and any repair person to remove their shoes or wear booties in the house. Joel was SO nice and had them at the ready. Total professional. He was quiet, courteous and communicated what was going on. The person who installed the pipes previously installed one too short. So if you imagine if a lot of pressure occurred, the pipe separated and sprayed out water. NICE. He cleaned EVERYTHING up (and I'm picky AF y'all) there was NO trace of him being there except that the kitchen plumbing worked!!! Woohoo!!! Side note - plumbers make bank y'all it's not AI yet and I can't imagine it will be for a LONG time. If you need a job think about SKILLS like this. Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists made it EASY to book via Yelp (and have the Guarantee!) They were true professionals and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing Plumbing help. After all, this is NOT an issue you CAN put off but you want the best people out there to help you.
