For me I would be placing complete trust in the dealer. As we all know, used car dealers usually have a poor reputation but Cupples Car Company is definitely the exception to that rule. Ross Cupples, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. Ross is honest, professional and knowledgeable. You can immediately tell that Ross is a man with integrity who cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Ross is hands down the best car dealer I have ever dealt with (new or used). Ross is not a high pressure salesman and made the entire buying process enjoyable. Since I was not close by I communicated with Ross mostly through email and, even though I'm sure he was busy with other customers, he would took the time to email me back very promptly and address any questions or concerns I had. Ross was very helpful every step of the way which meant so much to me given my distance from the dealership. I placed my trust in Ross and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend Ross Cupples and his dealership if you're in the market for a used car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle again from Ross. Thank you Ross for everything!

The brakes were covered under warranty this time, but still I had to wait again for hours to have them redone. I also was charged $111 an hour for labor, which is excessively high. When State Inspection was mandatory I was also told by this dealership that I would have to replace my front end to pass. I decided to get a few other quotes, since the repair was several thousand dollars. Every other mechanic I brought it to said my front end was fine, and Honda was just trying to rip me off. Usually a dealership is somewhere you can go to trust you are getting quality work done. Not this one.

Joe told us the credit union they use offered us an interest rate just over 7%. Can't remember exactly but it was less than 8%. It took some work to satisfy the finance company with some proofs of income and whatnot but all was settled and we went back for the car the following week. We thought Joe was a personable guy and liked him but that was to our detriment. We stupidly signed the financing paperwork trusting what he told us was correct. Later when setting up our payments to the finance company we realized the interest rate was not ~7% but 18%!! WTF?!?! If he had told us that or if we actually read the contract (which is our fault entirely) we would have never gone on with the purchase. We feel totally stupid for trusting this guy and are now paying the price. Literally. Read everything you sign. I know that should be obvious but we clearly didn't and it will cost us an extra $2500.

From initial contact with Jeremy to getting connected with Pete to delivery, everything was smooth. Pete was especially awesome and didn't rush me as I crawled under the car and poked around everywhere to check out the car. Even during the test drive, he didn't try to upsell the car. Not to mention, despite not being a Jeep dealership, Pete graciously let me have my first rubber duck, complete with a beanie and sunglasses, and Pete was knowledgeable about the car and even showed us how to use the transfer case shifter. Very easygoing and no high pressure. Even though we came towards the very end of the day on a Friday, not a single person from this dealership that we interacted with had that "oh god we're almost closing and it's Friday and you're here so late" look (or at least if they did, we did not notice it at all!) that we've gotten before. The dealership was clean as well and extra clean bathrooms are always a nice plus. But I'm sure what you care about is price, and that's what brought us to this dealership in the first place too. He took it back 3 times in the first month - Each time, Winners Circle insisted they fixed everything. Finally, we took it to our mechanic. First mechanic said it needs new transmission ($9,000), new brakes, has oil leak & every single "check engine" issue lit up. He said to demand our money back, contact the DMV & report them because there's no way the inspection was legit nor legal. We go back to Winners Circle & explained this to them, hoping they would handle the situation with integrity. They insisted they the car was inspected twice & refused to refund us. We then contacted NH DMV., who stated Winners Circle dealership illegally issued him a handwritten temporary license plate on a piece of cardboard. We finally took the car directly to Ford mechanics at Irwin Ford: they say: new transmission, oil leaks, needs new gaskets, new propeller shaft, new brakes & that the brakes were SPRAY-PAINTED to cover up the damage. At this point, we made arrangements with the finance company to return the lemon-ish car due to Breach of Contract by Winners Circle. The finance company informed us they had started a Fraud Report. Manager Deb Michaud refused to speak us. She did, however, have the time to go on Google Reviews and respond to my mother's review - alleging the car was never inspected by Ford (we have the official paperwork) and that my brother returned the car because he couldn't afford it. Unfortunately our only way to resolve this matter is filing against them in small claims court. In my opinion, this is a very dishonest, shady used car dealership. He had his mechanic look over my car, when one of his mechanics noticed my right wheel was red hot to the touch. Upon further inspection , they found out that my front axle was broken and needed replacing immediately. They had to order the part, but had my car fixed in less that two hours and the cost was considerably lower than I had taken my car to a dealership.
