For THREE YEARS I brought my vehicle in for the same issue: radio malfunctioning, ABS/brake/traction control lights flashing, and the odometer cutting out--even at highway speeds. Every single time? "We can't replicate it." So I did their job for them and took over a dozen videos of it happening in real time. Didn't matter. Still dismissed. Then--shocking--the radio "fails" just outside the warranty window. Suddenly I'm told it's an internal fault and get to pay for a new one. Funny how that works. After escalating to DCD Automotive Holdings, they act helpful... until the exact same issues come back weeks later. Another visit, another "extensive" test drive, another "can't duplicate it." Eventually? A loose negative battery terminal. Something basic that should have been caught YEARS ago. Yet they still insisted the radio was bad. At this point it's either: * They didn't actually investigate * Or they don't know how Neither is acceptable. If you enjoy being ignored, talked down to, and paying for parts you probably don't need--this is your place. If you want your car actually fixed, go somewhere else

Though there is Profile Subaru dealer about 40 minutes away, I have heard stories and their service department hasn't been very responsive via phone or email. For these reasons I have CHOSEN Belknap Subaru. They are friendly and answer any questions that you may have, from how long it will take, to how much it will cost. I have my 30K mile checkup/oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and all that goes with it. I also had my state inspection completed. They were fast and thorough and I was out in just under an hour. Highly recommend this dealership

I was simply looking for information to make an informed decision on purchasing this vehicle. After two hours of having an unproductive and negative experience with two of their salesmen, I've decided that I'm no longer interested in purchasing this vehicle. They provided run around answers to my questions, and try to snow ball me on a carfax report (title history report, green box with white check marks). We communicated via their business chatline and via text exchange. They didn't answer my questions. Rather they provided run around information and asked me to justify their information. Hmm, They are the professionals, not me. They claim to have a clean title but never offer to send me a copy. Like the question on the maintenance performed on the vehicle while in Alaska (own house in Alaska, no shop, had his own oil, second owner of a three owner vehicle) I never asked why the vehicle was in Alaska. I asked why no maintenance history for ~ 30k miles, 50k to 82k, (not even an oil change). They had one questionable excuse after another and never answered any of my questions. Their lack of willingness to share information, this just raised a red flag, and convinced me that this dealership isn't being forthcoming. I have screenshots. You can decide for yourself. These salesmen were many things but helpful wasn't one of them. My opinion, they weren't professional and didn't hold up the business's standards, commitment to their customers, and the community outlined on your website. Once, I get clarification from Carfax and my independent findings on the mileage discrepancies, I will have answers to many of my questions. No thanks to the dealership's staff.

I have never purchased a used vehicle online much less from a dealer 1,500 miles away from me. This meant I would not be able to see the car in person nor test drive it. For me I would be placing complete trust in the dealer. As we all know, used car dealers usually have a poor reputation but Cupples Car Company is definitely the exception to that rule. Ross Cupples, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. Ross is honest, professional and knowledgeable. You can immediately tell that Ross is a man with integrity who cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Ross is hands down the best car dealer I have ever dealt with (new or used). Ross is not a high pressure salesman and made the entire buying process enjoyable. Since I was not close by I communicated with Ross mostly through email and, even though I'm sure he was busy with other customers, he would took the time to email me back very promptly and address any questions or concerns I had. Ross was very helpful every step of the way which meant so much to me given my distance from the dealership. I placed my trust in Ross and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend Ross Cupples and his dealership if you're in the market for a used car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle again from Ross. Thank you Ross for everything!

    Warning: This is a very dishonest, shady used car dealership…read more My developmentally-disabled brother bought a $16,000 car. Winners Circle claimed the car passed inspection 2x. He took it back 3 times in the first month - Each time, Winners Circle insisted they fixed everything. Finally, we took it to our mechanic. First mechanic said it needs new transmission ($9,000), new brakes, has oil leak & every single "check engine" issue lit up. He said to demand our money back, contact the DMV & report them because there's no way the inspection was legit nor legal. We go back to Winners Circle & explained this to them, hoping they would handle the situation with integrity. They insisted they the car was inspected twice & refused to refund us. We then contacted NH DMV., who stated Winners Circle dealership illegally issued him a handwritten temporary license plate on a piece of cardboard. We finally took the car directly to Ford mechanics at Irwin Ford: they say: new transmission, oil leaks, needs new gaskets, new propeller shaft, new brakes & that the brakes were SPRAY-PAINTED to cover up the damage. At this point, we made arrangements with the finance company to return the lemon-ish car due to Breach of Contract by Winners Circle. The finance company informed us they had started a Fraud Report. Manager Deb Michaud refused to speak us. She did, however, have the time to go on Google Reviews and respond to my mother's review - alleging the car was never inspected by Ford (we have the official paperwork) and that my brother returned the car because he couldn't afford it. Unfortunately our only way to resolve this matter is filing against them in small claims court. In my opinion, this is a very dishonest, shady used car dealership. Ashley and Deb Michaud should be ashamed of the lack of integrity they demonstrated in this sale.

My fiancee and…read moreI went there to purchase a vehicle and were coaxed into leaving a $500 deposit for a vehicle even though it was after hours and we were coming back the following morning to get the vehicle. We had be reassured by "Trevor Bladecki" who is the son of the owner who owns Bladecki Auto over in Belmont that we would get it back if we weren't completely satisfied. After showing up there and looking over the vehicle we were to purchase, we pointed out a number of serious issues that they failed to mention when we looked at the car the night before. When we took it to the mechanic and he informed us of the issues, we then asked them to address those issues prior to the final sale and then they said they weren't going to return our deposit! After making numerous requests for them to return our deposit they still will not return it and have told us that we signed the papers to purchase a vehicle and to basically "pound sand".... Anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle here...DON'T.....and if you see a car that you must have here.....don't give them a deposit!!!!!! You won't see it again.... These guys are the typical sleeze bag used car dealership.... I would tell you to go to a real dealership.... I wish we did...

Called John to see what he wants me to do and he paid to have it towed back to his shop. John called me the next day and gave me a line about an 02 sensor, soft codes, hard codes, etc and told me what a great guy he is for taking car of this (I had the car for a total of 45 minutes AND it had a 30 day warranty). Before purchasing from John, he assured me the car would be serviced. Obviously it wasn't. It wasn't even clean when I picked it up, but I looked past that. John knows I'm from MA and my retired father who lives in Laconia helped me find a car for my son for Christmas. I thanked him replacing the sensor and asked to have it shipped back to me in MA. John went on a tirade and said "I will absolutely not do that. You bought the car, it's your problem now". How quickly John went from a used car dealer who stands behind his cars to an average used car salesman trying to maximize his profit and screw the customer. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM WINNISQUAM AUTO.

I mean c'mon.. *maybe*…read moreI'd give 4 stars for an exceptional experience where I was served fresh sushi as I filled out some paperwork and got a neck massage as I was sitting in finance. But 5 stars? Well, John and his team at Winnisquam sure won me over. Not only did I get a phenomenal deal on the exact car I was looking for, but John, the owner, struck me as a very down to earth, hard-working and honest guy. And in the end, he proved that's exactly who he is. Before my test drive, John was up front about an issue on the car that he was going to address. I appreciated the full disclosure. It ended up taking a bit longer and costing him more money than he'd anticipated. He kept me in the loop and the deal we struck remained the same despite the additional cost he incurred. Michelle, who handled our financing was professional and very helpful. She had everything prepared so when we got there, we were in and out in less than 25 minutes. I don't think I've ever been in and out of a car dealership in less than two hours when buying a car before this. The next time I'm in the market for a used car, Winnisquam will be the first place I look. It was really a pleasure dealing with them and well worth the hour drive from Southern New Hampshire.

They listened. They completed the running boards. I am grateful for that. But there has been no resolution on the others. Their service is closed on Saturday, another negative. The car was not detailed well on delivery. There were coffee stains in the cup holders and seats. Be aware that this dealership does not care about customers at all. It is sell, sell, sell. Following up and keeping customers is not part of their repertoire. It's all about the one off sale. If these things get resolved, I will put up a positive review. But at this point, there is probably not going to be a resolution. They don't care nor listen to their customers. Update: YOU HAVE MADE NO EFFORT TO HELP ME GET THE UNDERCOATING DONE NOR GET THE PAINT PROTECTION DONE. EITHER REFUND THOSE THINGS TO ME OR GET ME A RENTAL CAR.
