The vent was in the garage but due to snow it was delayed. I was told to contact them and have them do the install. I wanted to be present due to the bad reviews. The first man came and appeared confused. He contacted coworkers to come. They did. Someone climbed on the roof. There are a couple of nails dropped on my patio. They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I would not recommend using this company.

The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.

After seeing the damage for myself (none of which I was able to see from ground level), I knew I had to get the work done. Jose and his team of skilled professionals arrived at my house on Dec. 15, 2023, worked all day, and completed my entire roof and shed on that same day. They did such a bad job they had to take everything off and do it again (which still wasn't up to par). Nails.. I had nails all over my house because they didn't place any tarps around the area where they were working which they were supposed to per our contract. The handling of my material, waste they created and the actual care of my house left me more furious.. They dropped off brand new Hardy board sheets paint side down in my driveway with no protection between And the other boards and tools were littered everywhere in my yard. The dumpster was loaded with bundles of nails that we paid for just tossed away. Unfortunately I'm still dealing with these people, I still have a lot more to say but for now, stay away from these guys.

He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. He is a nice guy, very professional, timely in his response and does not cost you an arm and a leg. I would hire him again in the future!

A few important things to note: 1: Kevin got back to me within hours from my initial request. 2: He followed up with me in the timeframe he said he would. 3: He showed up on the agreed upon day and completed the job without any issues.
