The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.

Jose had done work on several roofs in my development, so I had a conversation with him regarding my roof. Jose came the next day and conducted a FREE roofing inspection (he went up on my roof and provided me with pictures of missing shingles and a gutter that had pulled away from my house). After seeing the damage for myself (none of which I was able to see from ground level), I knew I had to get the work done. Jose and his team of skilled professionals arrived at my house on Dec. 15, 2023, worked all day, and completed my entire roof and shed on that same day. On the following day, they returned and made sure that everything was cleaned up (all items put back into place, including furniture on my deck), and no nails or debris were lying around my property. This business is top-notch, and their quality of work and professionalism is impeccable. Jose is an incredible communicator (both in English and Spanish) and he works well with most major insurance companies. I was surprised to see the reputation he had with my particular insurance company. ***IMPORTANT: My insurance rate did not increase by submitting a claim and my insurance company paid to replace my entire roof and shed's roof. Jose and ROOF USA have proven to be incredible advocates for me and countless others in my community, serving as a liaison between myself and the insurance company. He represented my interest throughout the entirety of the process, making sure all damage was accurately assessed and documented for my claim to be fully approved. I highly recommend Jose and ROOF USA for your roof replacement! My wife and I are super satisfied with their work and professionalism. - Frank
