He came out looked at our bathroom, then proceeded to explain all the options he considered best, for what we wanted done. He provided a photo portfolio of before and after jobs the company had done. Explaining how they did each job, what worked well for each individual job. Two days later he sent us an estimate, which was about $400 less than another company we contacted previously. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the job. Stan told us the name of the person who would be coming out, and that the job would take two days. We then began prepping the bathroom by removing everything, as we would be replacing the toilet, the vanity and sink, as well as opening up the wall where the original medicine cabinet we purchased would be going. We kept in touch with Stan throughout this process. Little changes were made and Stan had no issues with them, nor did the estimate change. We chose Kohler White for the tub and tiled. Stan recommended we replace the two corner shelves in the bathtub, which they did so with slightly larger ones. Jarrod came out promptly on the time stated. He began prepping the room, for the least amount of dust or debris that might occur. Jarrod did an excellent job on reglazing the bathtub and tiles. It is an immaculate finish. Turning an older tub into looking brand new. Turning older tiles into a beautiful white color. We had very little, if at all, clean up to do when he was finished on day two. We consider the value to be excellent for the job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your tub reglazed or your tiles.

Our floors are engineered pecan. The actual wood measures about a quarter inch. Because of this, the work was challenging. Randall explained his entire process to us before the work began. He and Mickey paid attention to every detail from start to finish. Plastic was put up around the sanding areas to limit the dust getting into other parts of the house. A special vacuum was used during the sanding process to keep the area as dust-free as possible. Then the floors were coated twice with a low luster, water-based product and we love the finish better than the shiny floor we had prior. The finished floors are beautiful and make the whole house look like new. I highly recommend Kevin Smith Flooring to refinish your hardwood floors. One of the reasons we chose this company is because floors are all they do. They are knowledgeable about everything hardwood floors. Their work is high quality with reasonable pricing. Oh boy was I wrong! After sanding and applying stain with a wool applicator (as every single video ever stated) my floors would not dry. We waited 7 days (literally) before we realized this was not going to ever dry. I called the Sandman right away, he came out the next day to take a gander of my lovely handy work. He was patient and calm and even gave us tips and tricks on what could have went wrong. He then gave us a very reasonable quote and we booked him for that next Monday!
