Long story short - I was conned by a Family member claiming to be part of the business/represented they owned the business, however it was NOT Richard or his Father - who when I finally found out and got a hold of the real owners - they fixed the situation and made everything right. These guys are good people, made good on a word that they didn't even provide and in my eyes are a great example of doing right by the customer. Make sure you are talking with Richard or his Father directly who own the business when contracting.

He made me extremely uncomfortable as a woman when he mentioned a sexual act while we were reviewing the proposal of work. I can take a joke, but this was uncalled for. If that wasn't enough, he then became combative when I mentioned an alternative material to use simply because it was less expensive. He didn't go into why it wouldn't work, just repeatedly defended his pricing. Mind you this was for wood paneling which there are about a hundred different options...he didn't even mention which type of wood he wanted to use or go over finishes. He had no clue what he was talking about, only that his price was right and I was wrong for suggesting an alternative. I would never sign a contract with him. If anything went wrong, he would lie through his teeth. He's a law suit waiting to happen. The design work is beautiful as is the craftsmanship. It's a shame to have such a bad owner.
