Very expensive. I got charged over $120 dollars to get my door lock (not the knob) changed. I understand that they have overhead to send a guy out to change it and everything but to charge someone $120 dollars for 2 keys and to change a lock, that shouldn't be $124 dollars. Unfortunately i wasn't able to do it myself, or to get a different company to do it because of the people i rent through, but in any case to charge someone $120 to change a lock, and to cut out 2 keys is textbook definition of a highway robbery. Do not use this Company! after having them install a deadbolt after a break in , I noticed they didn't install the security plate for the deadbolt. This makes the deadbolt way more secure, and after having someone break in and steal stuff, security was the #1 concern. I called to find out why and if the tech. could come back and finish the job. For $130, I didn't expect to have to pay more. The tech. called me back and was very condescending and said the deadbolt didn't come with the plate, I would have to pay for it. After a few heated exchanges, he threatened to come to my address and kick my ass! Wow, talk about Unprofessional! Needless to say , I didn't have him come back. Locked out of your car? Here's who to call. After 7 pm. Roads are blocked off for a downtown music festival. Son locks himself out of car. The very friendly person on the phone sent the very friendly technician who arrived within 15 minutes. He was kind, fast and my son was on his way, 20 minutes after calling me in a panic. Fantastic customer service, great price for emergency service. When I said I didn't know if he had less than a 100 bill, they said if tech didn't have enough change, I could either call with a card or come by the shop to pay. Then he knocked off 5 bucks for my son. That's the kind of customer service you don't find often anymore in this Money Comes 1st culture. 24 hours a day service noted on website. I lost the key to my 06 gsxr and called them up to try and get a new one. Benetts is owned by a married couple and Andy came out to try to work on it. A weeks worth of work on it later no dice. He pulled the entire lock out of the bike and wasnt able to make a new one. The key code wasnt actually even visible on the lock so it was not an easy job. The reason i'm rating them so highly is because first they were very fast. Second they were very courteous and friendly, i liked them both (husband and wife) a lot. Third, their rates were very reasonable. And fourth they didnt charge me a dime. I know Andy spent a large amount of time on this SOB and when he told me he doesnt get payed if he doesnt make the key i felt awful. The only reason i'm not giving a full 5 stars is because obviously getting the key is the point. Definitely my favorite locksmith. Telling everyone i know who to go to and will be returning should the need arise. My girlfriend broke her key off in her car and they were able to help her in 5 minutes for less than 10 bucks. Since there is no one else to call, here's who you have to call, I have rentals and, on many occasions, have needed a locksmith. I have gone to this establishment as well as called to inquire about service, on at least 5-6 different occasions this year alone. I have received no customer service, whatsoever, and am treated more as a annoyance than a customer. The woman in the office has never said anything friendly. Not a, "Hello, how can I help you" or a, "Thank you for your call OR for coming in", much less "Have a nice day". and I have been sent on my way to look elsewhere. However, as locksmiths in Walla Walla are limited, I found it necessary to call again today to get a key made. After receiving a lecture and the, 'your a nuisance' treatment again, i mentioned that I sure wished it could be a more pleasant experience to call this establishment.. The woman said that SHE had NOT BEEN RUDE ! I told her that that hadn't been what I had said,, So she proceeded to prove that she was NOT RUDE by hanging up on me..
