It's hard to imagine that you would look forward to your contractors coming and disrupting your life and house every day creating dust and chaos to your life, but this is the case with Switch and their whole team. Their professionalism, care, and concern went above and beyond. Thoughtful communication happened everyday which allowed us to avoid problems and keep the job moving along. It was also clear from our inspection that they were a respected business with excellent reputation and that efficiency was part of the plan in the whole switchover from knob and tube to the new system. From initial contact with Victoria Burke who was quick to call back, to Riley McLaughlin who assessed the project and helped us understand the components and challenges, to Michael Krummeck and Colter McKeown who were on the job every day, they were all a joy to work with. We gladly would hire them again and are planning to call them for the next electrical project.

We just had our windows done 10/13/17 and I have to say we where very impressed. They called to say…read morethey would be 20 min behind schedule. When they showed up they were all very young men but with great attitudes and professional. They explained what they were going to do and got right at it. Our windows came out cleaner than I have EVER been able to get them. They cleaned our screens. (highly recommend getting that done) Our screens looked brand new and looked black again like they should. When they were done they let me know about two minor issues I had with my windows and that they completed the job. One of them even walked around with me telling me how they did there job. Very impressed with this company. We will absolutely use them in the coming spring next year..
