My friend and I planned a kayaking adventure... somewhere halfway between our houses. We are about 7 hours apart, and this worked out great. We went out kayaking, but unfortunately my friend lost her keys in the river. We couldn't find the fob, and it was near the end of the day. My friend's husband called around and found Mike. He said he doesn't usually go out and do calls like this, but he showed up anyway. He worked hard and figured out what was needed to get a new key fob made. I had tried a few other places to get a fob programmed for my Chrysler Pacifica and was given a variety of reasons for why it was an issue including needing a $55 code from the dealership. All Points was able to get it programmed for me with zero issues and I didn't need the code from the dealership. The price was a little more than other places but without paying for that code and them knowing what they are doing it was definitely worth the small difference left over. I had a key fob programmed by them on my Pontiac solstice and started having communication problems with my CAN BUS system. At first I wasn't aware that it was them who caused my expensive head ache but after buying a few programers with the last one being a tech 2, I was able to undo the fob they programmed and reprogram a new fob to work with my car I was able to clear up the communication problem. I will never recommend or use their service again. $80 for them to do it and I have a little more than $700.00 dollars fix what they messed up on my car. read more

Ripped off. Went just before quitting time on last day of work week, to late to go somewhere else, and was charged $10 to cut a key. Same key cost my son $6 two weeks before. Was told before hand the cost would be $3. Not sure why you can't find the transaction, maybe because the cash was pocketed. Anyway I went ahead and bought the $10 key because I really needed the key, I was leaving Town and it was just before the end of the business day. I had my business keys on my desk today, and then a customer came into my businesses and then left. It was when I wanted to close up shop that I realized the keys were gone. I couldn't leave and didn't have back up keys. So I went here to buy a lock and keys. The lady here, Connie, was very sweet and nice in helping me with ny situation. She explained to me everything, and I mean everything on how to properly take out the lock of my business door, replace it, and correctly adjust it. She is amazing. She only charged me $10 for the new lock when she could have charged me for teaching me or going down herself in doing it. She taught me something new and I am grateful for that. First off, AMAZING company. Hands down, best service I had in awhile! Thanks Connie! Now, I just wanna say, that if you did not actually get serviced by a company, you should not write some fancy review about them. I totally see the last persons side, I would be also be angry and would probably not use them if I were her. HOWEVER, All Points absolutely does not deserve the horrid review! Their service was just incredible and everyone makes mistakes... I saw that review before I called them, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Thank goodness I did. I feel totally safe, I pretty much slammed the lady with questions about the security of them just unlocking anyone's car, and she seems very trusting and like she knew exactly what she was doing. They have great security measures, and they even inspect the car where they open it up to make sure there was no damage done. Also, the price was quite nifty, I could not complain, $15 cheaper than Mounts and they were a whole, heck of a lot faster. ALONG with that, Mounts charges another $10 for "Afterhours" (6pm) but I called them at 5:30pm and he shut it down immediately, saying that because the driver wont be there til after 6pm I will have to pay the fee. I came into this establishment to get keys made for my business. I had to come to a locksmith because this particular key was not available at Lowes, Ace, etc. I got 8 keys made when I came in a few months ago and it cost me $40. I came in today to get another key and one of them was $6.50. Hmm... When I walked in, I was greeted by a small dog that was skittish. A lady and guy came from the back and told me the dog basically didn't like people's hands. Then why have it in a business....? Poor dog. The lady's customer service skills at the front desk were short of great. She didn't even say hello or even a "how can I help you?". I gave her my key and she instantly asked me "where are you using this key?" "Uhhhh, a business", I said. I felt like she was interrogating me. They key had no indication that it was a secure key, or a copy that was not to be duplicated. The guy working there was short with his responses and rude. I was just about to step into my shower when I start hearing a my doorbell ring and someone knocking very loudly, so once I figured it must be extremely important, I threw on my clothes from the floor and went to check. I had no idea who the guy was from looking through the peep hole... so I turned around to get back to the shower, and he opens my door and sticks his head in. YOU DO NOT JUST OPEN PEOPLE'S DOORS! I recently had about as good an experience you can have when you need a lock removed. I was in Kennewick from out of town and planned on spending the day riding my bicycle on the trail by the river. When I got to the parking area to begin my ride, I realized I'd misplaced my key to the padlock securing my bicycle to the rack. The attitude was un-called for and disappointing. My company will not do business this this company, nor recommend them. UPDATE: I am 100% in support of asking security questions and I would expect anyone to just open a home without proof. The line of questioning was insulting and questioned my integrity. So after reading reviews I saw that it said they had good rates and were fast. I cannot believe they charge $25 just to call them!! That is so ridiculous!! And then they charge and $65 to actually open the car! After they opened the car I called mounts and they only charge $45. I knew I should of called and asked for the prices. I called my machanic to see about getting my igniton fixed because it would no longer turn to start my car. He let me know that a locksmith could fix it much cheaper and he gave me the number to All Point Locksmith and said to ask for Mike. I got attitude quick and let him know that I was trying to give him business and that if he was that damn busy then I'd gladly go else where. He was fine with that and I hung up. I called mounts and made an appointment and said what I felt about All Points to him and he APOLOGIZED on behalf of his competitor and said he hears alot of complaints about that company.
