Arranged for Quality Shuttle Services (QSS) to pick up my 93 yr old mother from Akron Canton…read moreairport to be taken to her home. We have used QSS to transport my mother in the past with satisfactory service. My mother's flight arrived at approximately slightly early at 8:45 pm with a scheduled arrival of 8:51 pm. My mother uses a wheel chair to go to and from the plane, and there were 5 other passengers needing wheel chairs who were also departing her flight. At 9:07 pm my mother called to tell me she was at baggage claim and the QSS driver was not there to meet her. At that time, my mother was in a wheel chair with an attendant from the airport pushing her wheelchair. I spoke to my mother several times by phone from 9:07 to 9:35 pm while she was at the airport. I asked my mother to look inside the terminal as well as outside for the driver or car. She did this and did not see either, and in fact said the terminal was "empty" of people (CAK is a very small airport and terminal with very few late evening flight arrivals). Because my mother has used QSS previously, she knows what their cars look like and where they park (a lane separate from the terminal drop off/pickup lane restricted to limos and taxis). My mother is very alert and aware and I am confident in her search of the airport and not seeing a driver or car, plus I could hear the wheelchair attendant who was with her confirm this. Needing to get my mother home I told her to get a taxi, which she did, to take her home. My mother called QSS the next day and was told that the driver and car were at the airport from 8:30 to 9:30 pm and she "did not show up" for her transport. She was also told that she would be charged the cost of the transport due to her not being present for pickup. I called QSS and was told the same thing. When I disputed that the driver was not at the airport, and/or made no attempt to look for or contact my mother, I was told the driver was standing by the information desk from 8:30-9:30 pm and did not see my mother, and that my mother was paged. I cannot say with certainty that my mother was not paged, and being 93 yrs old, she could have missed the announcement. But, with both my mother and the wheelchair attendant not finding a driver or the car from QSS after looking inside and outside a very small airport terminal, I find it difficult to reconcile how the driver could have been at the airport looking for the party to be picked up and have not found my mother. The driver was supposedly at the airport until 9:30 pm, well after my mother was in the baggage claim area and looking both inside and outside the terminal, the terminal almost clear or clear of people. During my call to QSS I requested that my mother not be charged, was told that the owner was the only one who could respond to the request, and I gave my contact information for the owner to contact me. The owner did not respond and my mother's credit card was charged. Very disappointing that a company, with a 93 yr old returning customer, would dispute this request and move ahead with charging my mother for services not provided. Clearly we will not be using nor recommending QSS in the future.

I strongly suggest not using Holden Limousines. I hired this company for my daughters 13th…read morebirthday. They showed up with a faulty stereo system that did not work. When we tried to use the system it completely shut down and would not play any sound at all. We had to go to a friends house to pick up a Bluetooth stereo to use instead. It was very frustrating. The next day they called to let us know that we would be charged for the repair on the radio. Even though it was broken when they arrived. They are charging our credit card almost 700$. Now we have to take them to court. This company is looking to swindle customers I highly recommend not using them.

5/5+++ Stars - Exceptional, Door-to-Door Protection and Care…read more I flew from DFW to CLE today on a deeply important, whirlwind round-trip journey to bring my life partner of nearly 30 years, Melvin, home to the VA Cemetery. CLE Royal Limos provided Tony as my driver, and he was an absolute godsend. He picked me up at the CLE Airport, stayed by my side for the entire duration of my time in Cleveland, and shielded me with total protection before safely returning me for my flight home--even securing a curbside wheelchair for me before departing. My daughter, Marie, is an only child and arranged for Tony to drive me, while my niece, Lexxus, kept track of my keys from afar. Tony immediately stepped in as a protective bodyguard, constantly updating my family on my safety and well-being. His presence made me feel the deep connection of a loving "village" watching over me during a highly emotional day. He treated me with immense honor, shared wonderful conversations, and even sent my daughter a heartwarming text full of prayers after dropping me off. Tony turned a tough emotional journey into an amazing, uplifting experience. I am forever grateful for his safety, kindness, and beautiful spirit.

Working with the rental company's system no one had come to pick us up and take us to a hotel and our 95 year old Dad was getting very tired. Per the rental company we called Akron Express Taxi and Harry drove an hour to get us, then an hour back, and recommended a good hotel that we were able to get 2 rooms during the summer season late at night. We had a lot of stuff in the car and he kindly helped us transfer everything. The next day my sister needed to get her wallet out of the rental car so he drove her there and back again, and then to the airport to pick up the replacement rental car. Harry was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind to three weary travelers having rental car problems. I highly recommend Akron Express Taxi if you're in the area.
