What about worrying that your Uber driver will be late when picking you up to go to the airport? I used to experience this every time I would travel until I started using TL Worldwide on every trip. They make it completely stress free and their professionalism is unmatched. They will pick you up any time 24/7 and always arrive early. In a recent trip, I had to depart at 4 am and it was raining. I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental. For a little bit more experience the finer things in life, arrive in style, and quit stressing.

The reservation was for 3:45AM to get my daughter and her boyfriend to the airport for their flight. He showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful with the luggage. For all of that I would give 5 stars at that point . But......after a while my daughter texted me and said that she was concerned that the driver was falling asleep at the wheel because he was swerving over the yellow line and back to the white line on the edge of the road. She was scared. She said he missed a couple exits and just didn't know if he was distracted or what. But it added time to their ride , getting them to the airport later than expected and she was very concerned for their safety . Her words were "that was a horrific experience and I am nauseous and anxious from that ride". I immediately called the owner and his wife answered. I explained the situation to her and she was shocked that my daughter had that type of experience. Her husband "the driver" then soon after texted me ( didn't call) an apology. He said he was not swerving and only missed 1 exit. He said he was truly sorry if he made her uncomfortable and if he could make it right he would. Well, I gave him a 40% tip prior to him giving the ride (because that's how they require you do it, which makes no sense). I believe a "tip" is based on your experience with the person , not a requirement. ( And my husband and I have recently been giving generous tips to people because we know Covid has impacted incomes and we're trying to be helpful when deserved) Anyway, he said if he could make it right he would and when I told him my frustration over the tip I gave him, he never once offered to repay any of it, Which I would expect from him as that amount clearly wasn't deserved based on performance. So..... based on all the facts around this car experience and the response from the owner, I won't be using them again, which is a shame because had the situation been handled differently, I would've considered it. They were prompt and the car was clean and the owner helpful , but the safety of my daughter is of the most importance and for that experience I can only give 2 stars.

    I'm not a review writer but i have to share my experience with this organization. This was a…read morehorrible experience. Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. He called me cheap and went on and on about his important clients and demanded full payment because i was dumb to expect a limo from a limo service.  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but if you're just normal folk, don't bother with fireman's LIMO service. There's no integrity here. The driver was great though

    Arranged for Quality Shuttle Services (QSS) to pick up my 93 yr old mother from Akron Canton…read moreairport to be taken to her home. We have used QSS to transport my mother in the past with satisfactory service. My mother's flight arrived at approximately slightly early at 8:45 pm with a scheduled arrival of 8:51 pm. My mother uses a wheel chair to go to and from the plane, and there were 5 other passengers needing wheel chairs who were also departing her flight. At 9:07 pm my mother called to tell me she was at baggage claim and the QSS driver was not there to meet her. At that time, my mother was in a wheel chair with an attendant from the airport pushing her wheelchair. I spoke to my mother several times by phone from 9:07 to 9:35 pm while she was at the airport. I asked my mother to look inside the terminal as well as outside for the driver or car. She did this and did not see either, and in fact said the terminal was "empty" of people (CAK is a very small airport and terminal with very few late evening flight arrivals). Because my mother has used QSS previously, she knows what their cars look like and where they park (a lane separate from the terminal drop off/pickup lane restricted to limos and taxis). My mother is very alert and aware and I am confident in her search of the airport and not seeing a driver or car, plus I could hear the wheelchair attendant who was with her confirm this. Needing to get my mother home I told her to get a taxi, which she did, to take her home. My mother called QSS the next day and was told that the driver and car were at the airport from 8:30 to 9:30 pm and she "did not show up" for her transport. She was also told that she would be charged the cost of the transport due to her not being present for pickup. I called QSS and was told the same thing. When I disputed that the driver was not at the airport, and/or made no attempt to look for or contact my mother, I was told the driver was standing by the information desk from 8:30-9:30 pm and did not see my mother, and that my mother was paged. I cannot say with certainty that my mother was not paged, and being 93 yrs old, she could have missed the announcement. But, with both my mother and the wheelchair attendant not finding a driver or the car from QSS after looking inside and outside a very small airport terminal, I find it difficult to reconcile how the driver could have been at the airport looking for the party to be picked up and have not found my mother. The driver was supposedly at the airport until 9:30 pm, well after my mother was in the baggage claim area and looking both inside and outside the terminal,the terminal almost clear or clear of people. During my call to QSS I requested that my mother not be charged, was told that the owner was the only one who could respond to the request, and I gave my contact information for the owner to contact me. The owner did not respond and my mother's credit card was charged. Very disappointing that a company, with a 93 yr old returning customer, would dispute this request and move ahead with charging my mother for services not provided. Clearly we will not be using nor recommending QSS in the future.
