The ride was comfortable and seamless. Our two year old was loud and it didn't phase Joe which we appreciated. He accepts credit card on his mobile device which is very handy. He tried to say he didnt know we needed that spot. I said so when we are vertical and he is horizontal and you hear a horn and look back, you cant figure out that someone is trying to back into a spot and move up?? Also, said that's a pretty poor way to represent himself and his business when he curses at the person telling him he needs to move, hes blocking handicap spots. I would never use this company. Oh, and he asked if I wanted to speak to his manager! Ha! What good is that supposed to do if he owns the company?? Lol and yes, I asked him that.
