We had 6 people including 2 kids and a lot of luggage so we needed someone punctual, reliable, and a big car. Joe was on time with a spacious minivan and very kind and attentive. The ride was comfortable and seamless. Our two year old was loud and it didn't phase Joe which we appreciated. He accepts credit card on his mobile device which is very handy. If you need a car service in the Canton-Cleveland area, ask for Joe. He also mentioned he does a lot of work with NFL players during the HOF ceremonies each year.

My husband had to physically get out of the truck and ask him to move. He still did not move immediately. Words were exchanged. Before he finally sped off. I called the number on the back of the car to file a complaint and he answered saying he, benjamin, was the owner. So I basically knew that conversation wasn't going anywhere. He tried to say he didnt know we needed that spot. I said so when we are vertical and he is horizontal and you hear a horn and look back, you cant figure out that someone is trying to back into a spot and move up?? Also, said that's a pretty poor way to represent himself and his business when he curses at the person telling him he needs to move, hes blocking handicap spots. I would never use this company. Oh, and he asked if I wanted to speak to his manager! Ha! What good is that supposed to do if he owns the company?? Lol and yes, I asked him that. He didnt have much of an answer other than, "that's just what people usually do"... lol I'd give a zero if i could!

I was assured the driver would be here and probably a little earlier for a 9am appointment. The cab never showed and nobody ever answered the phone. It's a good thing I wasn't trying to get to the airport. I'd be royally p'ed off and take some serious legal action. Poor excuse for a business. If this is what Canton has to offer, I don't think I'll be here long. UPDATE: The driver called around 9:10. He texted after I didn't answer. This is a very unprofessional company. I have been in OH five days. I don't know how long it takes to get from Canton to the appointment in Akron. I had told him my appointment is at 9. That's why he said he'd be here at 8:30. His response to his screw up is ridiculous. There is no way I'd try to use this service again. And I'm most definitely going to make sure anybody I know doesn't make the same mistake I did. This is crazy.
