Working with the rental company's system no one had come to pick us up and take us to a hotel and our 95 year old Dad was getting very tired. Per the rental company we called Akron Express Taxi and Harry drove an hour to get us, then an hour back, and recommended a good hotel that we were able to get 2 rooms during the summer season late at night. We had a lot of stuff in the car and he kindly helped us transfer everything. The next day my sister needed to get her wallet out of the rental car so he drove her there and back again, and then to the airport to pick up the replacement rental car. Harry was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind to three weary travelers having rental car problems. I highly recommend Akron Express Taxi if you're in the area.

I realized, when we stopped at the gas station, for coffee (I was in there maybe 3 min) the driver, (drives a Lexus) stole my $120 yoga pants and $80 sweatshirt. That isn't all if the loss I suffered, until I saw on my bank statement a charge of 68$ from Square Zone Taxi (Says Orange Cab online) Oh, I tipped him 10$ cash, as a thank you for getting to me quickly. I'll give him that redeeming fact...He did get to me rather fast. Yet, he prob realized how much money he can make in booking me, considering his plot to lie and steal. So in total, I took a loss of $68 for the ride $200 in person items $10 cash tip $278 total for a 9 mile ride. Of course he won't take any of my calls. Something else; when we were driving to the destination, he took a call from someone attempting to schedule a ride, he told the caller he would be there in an hour or so, then hung up and laughed out loud saying, "I ain't gonna pick that guy up" So apparently, he's in business of scheduling rides with no intention of doing.
