Jeanette patiently worked through the many changes for our trip. We stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort on the Disney property and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and quite soundproof. Noisy neighbors were never an issue. The grounds were well maintained and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The bus transportation to the parks was timely and readily available. We rented two vans and Enterprise was spot on with having the vehicles ready and making the drop off seamless. In addition, we rented a scooter for a family member from Scooter Bug and it was a blessing as he was able to maneuver about the parks successfully despite the incredible volume of visitors. We also spent a day visiting Kennedy Space Center and took a bus tour. Kennedy Space Center was very nice and we all learned a great deal. Our flights to and from Cleveland were smooth and on time. My sister and I couldn't decide on a Caribbean location for our resort trip, so Phyllis sat with us and gave us her first hand experience of all the different islands and their strengths and weaknesses.
