We had 6 people including 2 kids and a lot of luggage so we needed someone punctual, reliable, and a big car. Joe was on time with a spacious minivan and very kind and attentive. The ride was comfortable and seamless. Our two year old was loud and it didn't phase Joe which we appreciated. He accepts credit card on his mobile device which is very handy.
