He didn't hover over me or try to sell me things I didn't need, and when I came to the counter he even offered me a less expensive product that he felt was better performing! Their paint samples section has a chair and table where you can sit and plan your color schemes and it's near a window so you can view the samples in natural light. My visits were 2 years apart and I needed the exact same Venetian plaster I purchased the first time I had a hard time finding it so naturally I wish they had more staff but everyone can't be a quality employee at this place so I def rather a few subject matter experts as opposed to 100 ex-Home Depot employees.
