I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. His quote was much more reasonable than other deck fabricators. I've recommended him to many friends already.
