I had a quite negative experience with Gasper, the owner of this company, when they were working on…read moreour street during alternate side parking. While I was parked opposite an empty spot, the owner arrived but could not fit his truck into it so placed cones to prevent me from moving my vehicle back. Then, when I tried to repark, he addressed me dismissively about how "the spot doesn't belong to you" -- despite coning it off for himself -- while another man forced his truck into the middle of the (very long) spot. This ironic part of this was that there was enough space for both our vehicles, so the rudeness and assertion of dominance was completely unnecessary. What's perhaps worse than just the parking disagreement is that after posting this note, the owner found my phone number on the internet and sent a variety of text messages calling me names and other ad hominem attacks. This was also totally unnecessary. I cannot recommend working with this business because in case there's a disagreement of some sort, interacting with the owner could become genuinely frightening.

Mr. Francis worked with our schedule to meet and assess the job, listening to what we were looking for. After he and his partner took some measurements he said he would get back to us with an estimate. A few days later he texted us with samples of his work and design options for our own job. His attention to communicating with us was top notch and we appreciated his focus on detail, as well as being flexible when we made some changes to the original design. When ready, he sent us a picture of what he had designed and we set up a time for installation. When it came time for installation, he and his partner were punctual, asked us to look over the placement of the railings for our approval before completing the job and then completed the installation neatly and professionally. We absolutely appreciate the beauty and the quality of workmanship and finishing details that the railings add to our home entrance! Mr. Francis and his partner truly strived to make sure we were pleased with their work. We sincerely and highly recommend K&K Industrial Welders.

After getting an estimate to repair my gutters over the summer, I waited to have them repaired…read morebecause I had too many renovations going on at the same time. I kept Justin's contact information and gave him a call anticipating the winter storms that may soon be approaching. He responded right away and remembered our previous correspondence. He followed up within 2 days to give me a new estimate since the gutters on the side of the house began to leak as well. We communicated via text, which was the best form of communication for me. He explained what needed to be repaired thoroughly and listed all the materials needed. This would be the third time I had a contractor come to repair my gutters within the last 5 years. It has been a nightmare trying to get my gutters fixed, however this time around I felt confident in hiring Justin and his crew. He sent me a quote detailing the work that needed to be done. I had fascia boards installed, aluminum capping, vinyl vented soffit, mesh covers, and a new gutter replaced only in the front of the house due to my neighbor's gutters hanging a foot onto my side of the house causing a waterfall every time it rained. Since the gutters were pretty new, I did not get new gutters for the rest of the house. They had removed and reinstalled my existing gutters. He was very fair in his pricing, so I moved forward with the contract. And he gave me a 10 year warranty! His partner, Ramon, came with installers the following day and completed the job within 2 days. They were all polite, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. The job was beautiful and they cleaned up afterwards!
