We have remodeled two kitchens with Express contracting / Elite Kitchen & Bath, one in our house…read moreabout fifteen years ago and one in 2014 when we sold our house and moved into a coop. The work was impeccable in both cases and we only gave Express contracting / Elite Kitchen & Bath this work after we've seen some homes he worked on in Forest Hills Gardens. No one gets work in The Gardens unless they are highly recommended and approved by the Association. of that I was sure. Our kitchens, after their suggestive modifications, came out exactly as we wanted, open and airy unlike they were before, all closed up. In fact not only did they do our kitchens but our bedrooms and a bathroom. Our house was old and sinking upstairs so we redid the floors too. We had custom closets installed and practically rewired the whole house. We put in a new heater and new windows. Selling our house later, enable us to double our renovation investment. It was because of the good, I mean, excellent work, Express contracting /Elite Kitchen & Bath did, that we hired them again to redo our kitchen and two bedrooms and bathrooms in our coop. Our closets were a mess and Express Contracting redid them all with fine wood paneling. We did one bathroom with a tub and one, in the master bedroom, with a rain shower and glass shower walls. We also added ceiling and base molding as these apartments did not have any. The kitchen cabinets are made by a top manufacturer which we had in both dwellings. The countertops fit like a glove and after almost three years there is not a catch on them. Our kitchen and bath floors are tiled in a custom design, the same with our bath walls. Everything was designed in their showroom to our liking by a friendly group of people. When necessary they also came to our house for any final changes we wanted to make. This is a fireproof building so any wiring had to be chiseled in the cement walls or celling. Everything looks as smooth as if it was done when the house was first built. As Mr. Sharbani says, " No after thought design " We also had a built in bookshelf unit custom made by Elite Kitchen & Bath, into a corner, by one of their master carpenters. Truly a work of art. Their workmen were polite, came on time and cleaned up their areas when they left. That's every day. We hope not to have to move again, but if we do, Express contracting / Elite Kitchen & Bath are the people we would hire again without hesitation!

What the authors of the Bible failed to document was that on that day, an overwhelming hunger manifested in him, one that could not be satisfied with only his writings BUT needed to also show The North Shore of Long Island what great construction and remodeling is. So, "The Great" Elite Kitchen and Bath was created to take care of everyone's home remodeling needs here on earth and we are all that much better and happy for it. Thru time "The Great" Elite Kitchen and Bath decided to create NY's Best and most aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath's and the rest as they say is history. Elite Kitchen and Bath managed the bathroom remodel (soup to nuts) of my wife and mine and definitely did an extraordinary job (to say the least) and we couldn't be happier. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen came out. John at Showcase Kitchens was phenomenal in…read morehis attention to details when we expressed to him our needs and wants for the design of our kitchen. John designed our state-of-the-art modern kitchen that showcased a gorgeous and prominent metallic gold hood that took center stage. Under the hood sits a flush-mount induction cooktop that provides an easy-to-clean cooking surface that is seamless. On each side of the hood, we selected appliances, with the help of Anthony, that complemented the modern space symmetrically. Based on the square footage of the kitchen, we not only had 2 islands but also a separate pantry for storage that had its own sink, second dishwasher, and another rubbish/compost disposal system. The refrigerator and freezer columns are adjacent to the motorized overhead cabinet doors. These cabinets are a very convenient location for our stemware and glassware. Under both islands, we have additional storage cabinets and if that wasn't enough, we have storage that goes up to our ten feet ceilings. We also chose to have integrated lights under the overhead cabinets and dimmable lights with sensors integrated in the drawers. Sean and Ajirth at Showcase Kitchens were both meticulous with the renovation. Sean came after framing of the kitchen space was completed to take accurate and precise measurements. It was at this first on-site visit by Showcase Kitchens that he found that our existing ceiling did not come out far enough to align with the cabinets. John and Ajirth worked on revising the design, which worked out better than the preliminary design. We were very thankful that Sean caught this when he was on-site. He was assigned our project manager and was very responsive and always in contact with us as well as the manufacturer. His coordination seemed effortless even with the language barrier and time zone difference. He assured us that every component of the kitchen was boxed, loaded into a container from Italy and made their way on the ship to NJ, inspected by customs before being unloaded onto a truck for the warehouse and then ultimately to our home. He was very helpful with providing the manifest and plans to confirm that we received our entire order without any hiccups. Sean also came back after the kitchen installation bearing additional accessories and saw the areas that needed adjustments by their specialist for this brand of kitchen cabinetry. He coordinated the work and the specialist came to make the final adjustments. Ajirth came prior and after the kitchen installation to ensure that a Showcase Kitchens representative was available throughout the process. He provided vital information to our fabulous GC (also referred by John) crew and his insight on the product line was instrumental to the design and install. We can't say enough about the services that Showcase Kitchens provided. They are top-notch and work tirelessly for their clients. The manufacturers they work with make exceptionally high quality products that will last for decades. Thank you for making our dream kitchen. Note to the scope of work: We were not only renovating our kitchen but also other areas of the house and the designer we worked with recommended Showcase Kitchens. We are so grateful she did. And we couldn't have achieved the results of our entire renovation without the GC that John recommended. His resources and connections enabled us to safely remove low bearing walls and columns that separated the kitchen from the living room and shore up our basement with new structural headers and columns with footings. Everyone on the team played a crucial role to the unconventional renovation. Thank you Showcase Kitchens!

They also came through on the few occasions that things didn't go quite as planned.
