I received a quote on that call, and at the same time, was able to make an appointment for 24 hours later, to have the piece installed. Not only did the servicemen who came to install the mirror come in the first 5 minutes of the 2 hour window, they called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They were extraordinarily polite, thoughtful and careful, cleaned up carefully, and corresponded with the office to make sure that their work had been done right not only to my specifications but to their supervisor's as well.
