There was a bit less tofu than at some other places, but perhaps I just got an uneven batch. The meal came with 24 pieces in total, which was a bit shocking to my NYC brain. The various fish had different flavors and nice grill marks, with my favorites being the tuna and yellowtail, as expected. The rice was a little bit soft, but this was to be expected as there was sauce on it and it had traveled, so I am not blaming them. Outside of the rolls, there was some wasabi and some gari/sushi ginger. It was a nice and satisfying meal. Overall, it was a good deal. Yoya also does some poke bowls which are pretty standard as far as poke bowls go, although I WILL say that they can be really expensive if you're making a custom one, so just stick to the "specials". They also do lunch rice bowl specials for every day of the week, all of which I like! (Yes.... I have tried them all... and yes, basically 1/3 of my credit card statement every month is Yoya purchases) My favorite thing though, unexpectedly, is the grilled salmon salad that they have every day in the pre-made cooler. It is located in the bottom left corner of the cooler on the left.
