An hour wait in the waiting room, a half hour wait in the exam room and a 3 minute visit from the doctor. They should be ashamed of themselves. They value their profit more than your time. I arrived about 10 minutes before about my appointment and was able to park right in front of the salon. I was greeted warmly by Jenna upon arrival when I checked in. My hair was in pretty rough shape, and Chelsea and I discussed what I requested ( at length) and gave me her recommendations as soon as I sat in her chair. What a lovely young lady she is. She did a remarkable job considering what she had to work with ( I had not done my hair for almost a full year). She is polite, professional, kind l, patient and competent.
