So so bad. so going into this appointment, a few weeks before my wedding, I was terrified. From the moment I met Ally, she completely put me at ease. She was so friendly, patient, and listened to every single concern and worry I had. I was very upfront that I'm on tretinoin and that I use a tanning bed, and Ally was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about it. She adjusted her approach, chose threading instead of waxing, and it completely changed the game for me. I usually break out after waxing my brows, and this time I had zero irritation whatsoever. My brows turned out exactly how I hoped. Beautiful, clean, and natural. I will absolutely be going back to Ally and highly, highly recommend her, just like so many of the other reviews do.

They handed me the menu to choose my pedicure service, which I chose the "marine" pedicure specifically because it included a paraffin wax. The nail technician started to paint my nails when I stopped her and asked about the paraffin wax and she told me it was not included. They handed me the menu back and it very clearly states hot stones AND (not or) a paraffin wax. The owner then came over and got very loud with me, was extremely rude, telling me that it was either the hot stones or the paraffin wax with my treatment. I then politely told her that no one asked me which service I preferred to which she responded with "we just assume most people want the hot stones. " I'm sorry... what?! Then I went on to tell her that her menu specifically said "and not or" meaning both are included and she again continued to yell at me in front of other customers telling me it was one of the other and that I could happily add the paraffin wax to my treatment, but it would cost me 10 more dollars. I arrived about 10 minutes before about my appointment and was able to park right in front of the salon. I was greeted warmly by Jenna upon arrival when I checked in. My hair was in pretty rough shape, and Chelsea and I discussed what I requested ( at length) and gave me her recommendations as soon as I sat in her chair. What a lovely young lady she is. She did a remarkable job considering what she had to work with ( I had not done my hair for almost a full year). She is polite, professional, kind l, patient and competent. I will be back in July and look forward to building a relationship with her as my new stylist and Magnolia Jane as my new salon.

This salon is located in a nondescript strip mall. The salon is very clean and there's a small play area for both employee's and customer's children. They have a HUGE selection of gel and standard polishes, chrome and other nail finishes (but I'm basic, lol). The staff is super friendly. I called ahead but told to come anytime and I was able to walkin, though they did get busy while I was there. I like that they offer Sunday hours and (at least on Sundays) plenty of easy parking. My pedi & mani were done by the same person. I really liked the fact that they did the main and pedi separately, vs rushing the process with two techs working on you at the same time. Like the rest of the staff, my tech was really nice. My gel pedicure was great. But when it came to my fingernails, it seemed like the tech had no idea how to trim and file short nails. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The leg and hand massages were meh. And although there's signage asking customers to keep cell calls to a minimum so as to ensure a peaceful experience for others, one of the employees (sitting in one of the pedi chairs) was blaring a video on her phone. The price, before tipping, was $90 for two standard shellac main/pedi services. All-in-all, an okay experience but will try out a few other places before determining my permanent salon.

My stylist wasn't talkative and she would ask me questions for small chit chat but it would end when i answered the question. Blah. Older post: They do a great job at taking appointments and checking to see if your still coming. However the last 2 times i got my hair done i left with neck pain that lasted for weeks.
