I am switching pharmacies. They never actually fill prescriptions unless you and your doctor call several times. You cannot wait until 2 weeks before you'll need a new prescription. It takes several weeks to fill them. A few weeks ago I picked up a prescription, got home to take it and right before taking it noticed it was some else's prescription entirely. eyedrops recall. first their answering machine chat totally pooched, second the person i finally talked to was dumber than the machine, nobody had any idea what i was talking about. a recall is seriousi just put drops in my eyes. she said call 911 or your doctor. they wanted numbers off the box that was discarded a month ago. they are suppose to be smart people, i guessed wrong, called someone else, got real help real fast. read more

Annoying pharmacy. Prescription was ordered by my provider. It was in "out of stock" for 3 days before I called and they said "oh, we will order some today". Uh, why didn't you order it the moment you saw the prescription come through. Now it's a Friday and I have to wait until Monday. Over 5 days to fill this prescription. Disorganized and without a care in the world is an understatement. I will be transferring my prescription ASAP. read more

My prescriptions are now filled by some warehouse. Their labels have microscopic print. The pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I never see the same pharmacist in there more than once. They refused to replace a bottle with a nonfunctional atomizer- they said it's my responsibility to call the manufacturer and see if they will replace it, even though they are the ones with the relationship to their supplier. The man in front of me in line was told that his monthly Rx could not be filled because the truck didn't have it... suggested he try at another Walgreens pharmacy as they might have some. I'm done. I'm just hoping another pharmacy will be better. read more

I scheduled a drive thru COVID test appointment in advance but when I drove through, they made me wait 30 minutes in the parking lot because they couldn't print my paperwork. They said they would call me and never did and when I drove back through was held up longer because of more paperwork. Do NOT go there for pharmacy needs-Very inefficient and unhelpful staff! read more

Terrible service, very disorganized in the pharmacy. The pharmacist has no sympathy. I came back the next day. It was a different pharmacist, and it was like night and day. Better service.! read more

Slow, rude and horrible people. Waited in line 45 minutes for 3 prescription that they already text were ready. There was only 2 cars in front of me. And after that wait was told to leave and come back in 20 minutes because only 2 were ready and that they needed to help other people. But not me. Another time my prescription was outta stock for 11 days and I asked why is this always out of stock? I get it every month and it's always 2 weeks late. The lady said, "So...go to another pharmacy."
