How I wish I had looked on Google and Yelp before trying to give them my business because I would have spotted all of the 1-star reviews, most of them singling out the male pharmacist with glasses, one of the rudest, most egotistical, unprofessional trouble makers you are ever to encounter. In earlier times he would be challenged to a duel for his egregious behavior. Instead he stands behind his counter and yells at customers! He snaps at them, "I don't care about bad reviews." And he is racking up plenty of those bad reviews as a direct result of his insolent and impudent behavior. Do you ever watch videos on youtube where a police officer deliberately escalates a situation, doing everything in his power to create anger and cause a problem? That's what you will experience at Trent East Pharmacy. Don't take my word for it. Look up all of the negative reviews. The owner of this establishment is the obnoxious "Karen" of pharmacists. Understand this; all he had to do to calm everything down was be nice and say, "Look, I am sorry for the misunderstanding." THAT'S IT! That is ALL he had to do, but instead he chose to be arrogant and push a customer to the absolute breaking point. He chose to push a customer so far that he threw up his hands and said, "I'd rather go back to Wal-Mart than deal with you!" I cannot stand going to the mad house of Wal-Mart, but I can say this about their pharmacy: the staff are exceptionally professional and never rude. Never, ever.
