Very good customer service people. Opens a second register the minute they have people lined up. My husband had to come in for a receipt since the machine failed to print one for our gas. The lady politely offered him a free coffee or fountain drink because he had to come inside for our receipt. This has never happened to us, and trust me many time those print outs fail when pumping gas. Good for you Handi Mart for going the extra mile with customer service. read more

I have been a customer there for years, and as of late I am rethinking this position. I have never seen such a poorly run store in all of my life. They are always having computer failures, gas pump issues, and employing some people that could not replace a lightbulb let alone act as a cashier. For a number of weeks now I have been going there to get my lottery tickets, usually at night and the guy that has been "On the job" each time he has not been able to sell me print off lottery tickets, where it is a standard Powerball or other ones. His response is always I don't know how to do that. And that continues to be his response up to my last attempt last night. I don't know if these type of businesses are desperate for employment or what but this type of bottom of the barrel employment needs to change of I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would give this business less than one star if I could.

They have to spend time, every month, fixing it so I can get my refills. They been doing this 3 times now. I can see once but three times so far?
