Have you heard to VIVO Beauty Bar?…read more So let me explain something .... I am so darn picky about who touches my hair... but I took a chance and visited some place new! They say first impressions are lasting impressions right? There is a reason for that... once you have something in your mind it is difficult to deviate from that. My first impression... The beauty bar it's self is stunning! Think Marilyn Monroe meets Lady Gaga! Elegance with a touch of edgy attitude! The artists that perform there are friendly, helpful, happy, engaging, and professional! Hair products are top of the line! Excellent selection and fully stocked! Nothing worse than " I used "xyz" on your hair but we are out! They had it all! Now the artists: Krissy! Brace your self when she touches your hair! She works magic! Pure magic! From color to cut to an excellent style.... she NAILED it! To make it all the better she is sweet and very friendly! Highly recommend ! The VIVO owner Samantha: Professional, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and by my account a doll! Oh I dare not forget... the beverages were just as lovely as the beauty bar it's self! I chose a watermelon mimosa... and it was perfectly delicious! Now for the price: $$$ not cheap by no means... but again, you get what you pay for! If you want perfection, style, knowledgeable artists who are creative and above the rest ... you will pay for it and trust and believe you will find every penny worth it! Location: on Front St, in a up and growing area in the Falls! Street parking (FREE) - and honestly it was not an issue. They also offer referrals discounts They also are eco friendly ( I love this) And so much more! Oh and one last thing ... the cookies are amazing!! Bottom line... you have to visit VIVO Beauty Bar! Cheers, Joy

Booking my appointment was quick and easy, and I appreciated receiving reminders both before and on the day of my appointment. When I arrived, Jenniva was absolutely amazing. Her space is beautiful, and her warm, welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. You can genuinely tell she is passionate about what she does. From the moment we started talking, I felt like I had known her forever. I booked my second appointment before I even left. Unfortunately, something completely outside of my control came up, and I had to reschedule. I reached out to Jenniva as soon as I found out, and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating in getting me rescheduled. Customer service is a big deal to me. I don't expect business owners to be perfect, but I do pay attention to how they handle unexpected situations. Jenniva exceeded my expectations, and that spoke volumes about her professionalism and the way she cares for her clients. She can't get rid of me now! I have officially found my esthetician and am a client for life!

However once home I reviewed my receipt only to discover I was double charged for the cut by front desk. I was told it could take a few days to receive a refund. Not a great practice for customer support. Money had no problem charging my account but not reimbursement on their mistake. Makes me not want to go back even after the amazing hair style by Mia. She is great & I highly recommend her. It's a shame no accountability by front desk staff. Due to customer service practices I will not go back without cash.
