We then had to wait for an hour before getting started I was getting dip and had to have old dip removed. He had me soak it in a bowl of acetone and rub it off myself. The dip dissolved and coated my hands in acetone. I was annoyed because it was messy and if I wanted to remove it myself I would've done that at home. He missed going edge to edge on the manicure so it looks messy. The dip also started chipping within 3 days. The pedicure started chipping in a day. To be fair, we could've asked them to redo. But I don't think their skill level is very high and at that point we had been there 3.5 hours for basic mani/pedis. I was not confident in their skills to get it right in the end and didn't want to be there anymore. Waste of money and time. Total was almost a $100 for something that last a few days.

We were told that because my appointment was made in person and hers was booked online, only mine was actually scheduled. Even though she had a confirmation email, it didn't matter. I understand that mistakes happen, but we drove out of our way to be there, and the way the situation was handled felt less than ideal. Not handled well at all. And believe me, it's rare for me to complain - so that's how disappointed I am in the situation.
