Completely unprofessional…read more This happened on Thursday, I wrote my original review on Friday after I had general anesthesia for wisdom teeth removal, and now that the grogginess and pain has subsided, I've edited my review to be more concise/readable, provide screenshots rather than type out the conversation, and add more detail as she threatened me with legal action: I had an appointment at 3:30pm, got there at 3:36 (mistyped it in one of the texts, but you can see this from the first time stamp). I texted, rang the doorbell, and called, no answer. See the screenshot for when she finally responded, you can judge for yourself if it was unprofessional. There is also another screenshot showing my iPhone significant locations for the time I arrived to that area (3:35). She put me down as a no show (not sure if there's a fee associated) and said she was going to send me a Cease and Desist for slander after I posted this review. I wonder how many people she has said that to and they deleted their review because they didn't have the resources to deal with that. Aside from that, what happened to grace periods? It's standard practice across the US for that to be anywhere from 10-20 minutes. And she commented on this Yelp review that she can't put her life on hold? I was 6 minutes late, but even if I was 11 minutes late like she claims, her reaction would still be unprofessional...so I'm not really sure what she's defending. If you Google it for beauty appointments, the most common answer to pop up is 15 minutes. They don't just leave because the client didn't show up the exact minute their appointment time was (as her texts sound). They're running a business. And finally, what happened to being understanding (or at the very least, not rude) to repeat clients that have been more than understanding for your situations? The appointment I had before this one, I was on time and she had me waiting well over 6 minutes as she was doing her sister's lashes in the back and was flustered getting everything together for my appointment. Although I've been trying to practice asking before I entered any establishment due to COVID, the main reason I had texted her first was because of that situation. As per her response, she's completely ignored that to fit her narrative. Clearly, she wasn't there when I texted 6 minutes after my appointment time either. And she didn't respond at all until 3:57. I wonder if she was even there at my appointment time and is trying to play the victim for her mistake. In the past, she's cancelled on me the day of an appointment. Yes, she said it was because of a power outage, but I've had people who went through that here offer discounts for the last-minute inconvenience, to come to my house, or still do the appointment with back up lighting they had. I was okay with being offered none of that because I know it's hard to run a business and not everyone has the resources to offer that, but why does she expect clients to have basic understanding when she doesn't reciprocate? In this situation, if she had texted me that she couldn't wait or responded to my texts politely, I would've gladly paid any late fees and continued giving her my business, but that is not the case. There are plenty of other people who do great brow work in the area, the hassle of working with Jessica as a person is not worth it. Support businesses who value you as a customer y'all. Check out Brows and Winks, she's right across the street, offers brows, lash, and waxing services, is always professional, and quite the pleasure.

I disputed the charges with my bank in August, submitted all supporting documents, and was still denied. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this business handled the situation. Consumers deserve to know that if something goes wrong here, you will be left to pay out of pocket with no accountability from the provider! I plan on escalating it further than just bank disputes and reviews.

I was approached by saleswoman from kiosk handing me a free sample of eye cream. I have purchased creams in a mall kiosk before. They are usually a little pricey, but the demo is usually convincing. Even though I said multiple times I couldn't afford eye cream, I eventually caved! (Which ok...I probably wouldn't have posted this review if that is ALL that happened) I said many times I had a big event this weekend and I was only there shopping for a dress!! After she supposedly gave me a "great deal" for the bigger product sizes. The woman says to follow her to the store. She wanted to show me something that typically you had to have an appointment for. A blue/red light treatment for pigmentation. While doing treatment any time I said no, she would put mirror up to my face. She kept telling me I had to make an investment in myself. She said it only needs done a few times a week, etc. I asked how much the light treatment machine cost. When she said something like $6000 I laughed. Obviously, I didn't have that kind of money. So right in middle of treatment she pulls a machine out and says, "they'll kill me, but, I will give you this machine (it's used but it's "brand new" and a full size night cream for $1100 PLUS subtract the money you already paid for initial sale ($320)." I was completely pressured into the second sale. But the WORST PART is that against my best interests I agreed to this. I was told to continue doing other half of my face while she took my card to ring up sale. I was sitting in chair directly inside the door. Not until I walked over to the counter did I notice the small sign saying the store did not honor returns/refunds! Only store credit!! NEVER ONCE was that mentioned!! It should be in bold letters on the front door! When I looked at both of my receipts I realized the price was NOT what we even discussed!! Between both transactions it totaled $907!!! What unethical business practices!! When you call the customer service number they won't help you. (+1 877-482-5323) they say all stores are privately owned/run. The store location phone number goes directly "to a manager". Who will give you a rehearsed speech. They claim they have to review tapes to see if salespeople did anything wrong or gave me a inaccurate price. She also claimed they don't want their customers to be in financial distress but they don't have a refund policy. She also claimed I couldn't return products to store saying I needed to receive a code via email. Being a nice person has been very costly. I found them last summer when I was desperate for help after my previous dentist's work on my front implant crowns caused discomfort and left me needing significant cosmetic correction, less than two months before my wedding. I was missing one of my front crowns entirely, while the other would later need to be removed and redone. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and so worried I wouldn't have my smile back in time for my wedding. What stood out to me immediately was how caring and helpful they were before I had even stepped into the office. When I called to explain my situation, they listened with so much compassion and urgency and made me feel genuinely cared for right away. They worked quickly to get me scheduled and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help. From my very first appointment, the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. Isakov took the time to explain every step to me. He used digital scanning to quickly send images to the lab and personally followed up to ensure my front crown would look natural, feel comfortable, and be the most hygienic, long-term solution for my implants. He was able to rush everything through for me, and I was absolutely blown away that my crown came back perfect on the first try. With just a few weeks to spare before my wedding, I had the new crown placed and finally felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders. Fast forward to now, I recently had my other front crown re-done and once again had a quick, easy experience. I've also had cleanings and a filling done here, all with the same high level of expertise and comfort every time. Beyond the incredible dental work, the entire staff is just amazing. Every time I walk in, they know me by name and show such genuine care. Everyone is so kind, and it's clear they truly enjoy being there.
