The installers they use get paid by the job, they rush, finish in 1 day and get out of there. It's the worst "work" I have ever seen. This was the most expensive and time consuming mistake of our entire renovation. Customer service made the situation worse. Megan at the store was rude, dismissive, not solution oriented, and repeatedly blamed the customer instead of taking ownership of clearly documented installation failures. Measurements were incorrect, communication was horrific. Megan treats you like you should know how to design a kitchen and that you do it every day. She offers zero help and guidance. I had to call corporate to escalate the situation to have a second installer fix the kitchen which still was not properly corrected due to how terrible the first installers work was. Corporate refused to give me any sort of concession or discount. I honored my contract and paid on time. Cabinets To Go did not deliver professional installation, quality control, or accountability. Choose another company, I promise if you have an issue with this company they will not make it right. They will leave you with a kitchen that looks like it was done by a do it yourself homeowner. I recently when to Home Depot and spoke to a Wren Kitchen Representative. They have an amazing display of cabinets. So many beautiful option and everyone seemed so helpful. The cabinets come assembled already so there will be less margin for error. Cabinets to Go are not assembled and the installers put them together unevenly and bang them up. If I can help someone avoid the stress of what we just went through, I hope this review helps. It is so upsetting to look at my kitchen. It is terrible. But at least all of the big CEOs are making the big buck at cabinets to go. They don't care about people like us, remember that.

In one day, I picked up all my kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, and other items such as sink faucets for under $3,000. Grossman's specializes in close outs and has a little less selection than the big box stores, but still has tons to offer. They have flooring, doors, windows, bathroom vanities, tubs, toilets, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and a ton more. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. One of my cabinets arrived with a scratch, and the manager quickly ordered a replacement for me and gave me his store email so I could contact him as needed for my cabinet install. Overall great quality store and friendly staff that are willing to help. Check it out if you're tired of the big box selection.

The door was open, but there was literally no one around. I yelled "hello" but got no answer and left. Refusing to give up, I called ahead and made an appointment to make sure that someone would be there to talk to me. Upon coming in my second time, the Sales girl took me into their stock rooms to show me the slabs of granite that they had on hand and provided me with the pricing. I felt rushed through the entire process, but I did see some things that I actually liked. So, based on that I later made a THIRD appointment to come in and look again, promising myself that I would not let this girl rush me around again. With that mindset, I was able to place my order and felt like I got a reasonable price. This girl needs some lessons in better customer service. When it came time to do the templating, the guys that came were VERY quick, efficient, and professional. It was clear that this wasn't their first rodeo and calmed any nervousness I had about shelling out all they money I was about to spend. Once the install was complete, my counters look amazing! I could not be happier with the finished product - they were able to get the countertop into my kitchen in one piece - no seams - which was an appreciated feat of skill. Great job!

The coupons apparently work on the cheap inexpensive items but not on the better quality higher end items. Works on the house brand "Our Table" cookware (which is pretty inferior ) but not on the Calphalon or All-clad . Frustrating . Without these coupons the store isn't that great a deal And I can get better selection elsewhere.
