    I do not normally write reviews about companies. However, Hamilton Hyundai in Clovis, New Mexico…read moredeserves this review and so much more. We were traveling from Arizona to Minnesota. When our palisade developed a transmission issue. We were able to limp the vehicle 200 plus miles to Hamilton Hyundai as they were the closest. Upon arrival, we met with Michael and explained the situation. He confirmed quickly that it was a transmission issue and asked his tech JT to work on it. He located parts in Dallas, Texas and asked them to put a rush on sending them. This issue happened on July 21st, and we were due to be in Minnesota on the 23rd for some commitments. Michael suggested the hotel across the street, and was able to loan us a vehicle so we could go get food, while they worked on the vehicle. He told us it would probably be Thursday or Friday before they could get it done. He hoped the part would come in Tuesday late or early Wednesday. On Tuesday about 4:00, my husband walked over to the dealership, just to see if by chance the parts had made it. To our absolute surprise and astonishment the part had come in early Tuesday morning and at 4:00 in the afternoon JT was almost done repairing the vehicle. They said the part came in early Tuesday morning and JT worked on it all day. He had everything done paperwork, and test drove it all before the 5:30 closing time. We can't say enough good things about Michael and JT along with Hamilton Hyundai for all they did for us. We have never run into customer service that was this professional, courteous, and friendly. We were able to leave New Mexico at 6:00 p.m. drove straight through the night arriving in Minnesota by noon. We were able to keep all of our commitments only because Hamilton Hyundai did such a great job. Thank you both, Michael and JT!!

    Worked with Tom for several weeks to work a deal on a new Honda. When we came close to closing the…read moredeal, I asked whether or not some additional accessories I planned on purchasing could be installed free of charge by their service department. He never gave me a straight answer, but we needed the vehicle at this point and I went ahead with the purchase. Prior to signing the paperwork, we did a full inspection of the vehicle and noticed damage to the plastic trim above the liftgate. They agreed to replace it, and we signed the paperwork. The finance manager asked me which NM license plate we wanted, and we asked for the blue version. The following Monday, we brought the car back to be detailed, and it appeared that they did not do much more than wiping down the seats and washing the car, and we scheduled a Thursday follow-up to have the trim piece replaced. Thursday rolls around, and they tell me I need to bring it in on Friday because the replacement trim would not be in by the 10 AM appointment, rescheduling for 3:30 PM on Friday. I asked the service technician how long it would take, and he said about an hour. After my wife dropped off the car, I get a phone call from them telling me that they need to keep the car until Monday. They tried to give my wife a loaner that was dirty and smelled like smoke for the weekend, but she was able to swap it for something a little less disgusting. When I was talking with Tom, I mentioned that this is becoming an inconvenience and asked again if we could have accessories we purchased from their dealership installed for free, at which point he seemed to blame me for not scheduling the detail and service properly, and ignoring my request. We had the vehicle for 3 days out of the first 9 that we owned it. We get the vehicle back late Monday morning, and there is a rattling occurring in the liftgate now. We take it in, and the technician had to remove some broken clips that he had left in the liftgate when he replaced the plastic trim. 30 days later, in what is hopefully my last interaction with this dealership, I have to call them to find out that they have my license plate, no courtesy call from anyone at the dealership to let me know my plates have arrived. I go to pick it up today, and they didn't even order the right version (Chad, the finance manager, said he sent the paperwork correctly to the documentation department). I never even talked with Chad today, Tom told me I needed to go to the MVD to swap out my plate. Long story short, this dealership has poor customer service and each individual I worked with did not accept responsibility for any of the issues we encountered, up to and including the sales manager, finance manager and service department. They are the only show in town if you're looking for a Honda, and they treat their customers knowing full well that we are limited to choice in this area. This dealership is an embarrassment to the Honda name, and should seriously rethink their business practices. Go to Lubbock, take a weekend trip to Albuquerque or Dallas, just do not purchase from or work with this dealership. *Follow-up* I talked with someone from the MVD who told me the dealer needed to swap my plate style in order to avoid a change fee. I called the dealership looking for Chad to ask if they could swap my plate for me, and instead got an earful from Brad Bender, saying things like "I wish you had bought your vehicle out of town." After all of this, he still agreed to follow up for me, but I haven't heard from him since. It makes me sad, having been referred to Bender by several coworkers, that this is the level of service I have gotten with this dealership

    I wish I could give 10 stars...or more…read more.. I literally called 20+ dealers across the nation (Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, California) for the past several days to get a price on 2023~2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek and...no one...I mean no one in the entire nation could not kept their advertising price...except sales Manager Jarred from Bender Chrysler in Clovis, NM...he gave me his bottom line price in less than 2 min phone conversation... Not only Mr. Jarred gave me his bottom price (better than any other dealers in the nation), Mr. Jarred also gave me the best finance rate, which I never thought I could get in Feburary 2024. The rate he got for us is almost as closed to OEM finance company's special interest rate on a new vehicle... Mr. Jarred gave me his word "don't worry, we will not sale your car from underneath. Once we make a deal, we will honor the deal". Since, he gave me his word, it was time for us to keep our word and got our down payment in a hurry and drove straight to Clovis, NM and we have promised to be at the dealer first thing in the morning at 8am. Elle greeted us respectfully and gave us key and let us take the vehicle for ourselves to drive around while they were preparing documentation for us to sign. We were led to Mr. Figueroa's office as we came back to the dealer and we had a wonderful conversation with Mr. Figueroa, while we were signing our documents (4th day at the job and great young man, we both wish him well)... As we were signing documents, of course, I've checked the details of the transaction and this is the first time I've ever seen the actual documents reflected all of the details we've agreed from the first 2 min conversation with Manager Jarred. All in all took us less than 2 hours (most of which we were talking with Mr. Figueroa about life in general), then all of them greeted us and thanked us as we walked out of the dealership. Reminded me of old school service...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALL AT BENDER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM!

    I took my vehicle for what I thought was a simple job. I got my vehicle back with a half ass job…read moreand more problems than when I took it in. Now I'm paying for the job to be done AGAIN and to clear all the issues they created by not doing the job right the first time.
