He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. They had a special going and I felt I got a really good price for all the work that they did. A solid three hours. It's also nice to have a link with a lot of photographs of my new home. This was not hidden damage -- it was visible once baseboards were removed and should have at least been flagged for further evaluation. It's now costing us significant time and money to properly remediate. I also tried reaching out to discuss this and request a reinspection, but never received a response, which was even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hire again.

Does he/she just want to sell the house (and a good inspection gets in the way of that sometimes) Chuck ended up coming from my realtor, but my realtor has pretty much steered me right 95% of the time. If my realtor wanted a non-detailed inspection, he wouldn't of recomended Chuck. Chuck went above and beyond the call of duty and tried everything. The items that Chuck brought to my attention made my decision easy. The house had quite a few issues, and without his inspection I would of never put two and two together.

Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.
