This was not hidden damage -- it was visible once baseboards were removed and should have at least been flagged for further evaluation. It's now costing us significant time and money to properly remediate. I also tried reaching out to discuss this and request a reinspection, but never received a response, which was even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hire again.

They did a property inspection for a new property I was buying. The roof inspection pointed out a…read morecouple of items like needing an add'l vent which I fixed. Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.

It was noticeable when I was searching for a roofing company that Beard Brothers had so much higher…read morerating than all the others. I called a few and was totally impressed by this company. Jack was great. He texted to see if it was OK to show up a bit early then texted when he got there. We looked at the roof together and in the end he reassured me that while there was a couple of shingles that were off he then explained why he didn't think that it required any further work. I had another company come out who recommended a costly replacement. It speaks to the integrity of this company that they put my interests ahead of theirs. Would definitely use them again.
