My wife and I purchased an existing home and had some doubts about the previous home inspection that was done in regards to potentially missing items throughout so we wanted to get another inspection to be thorough and walk through with the inspector noting any areas we saw that may need additional attention. Mike himself and his service were impeccable. There was some confusion about the basement floor but that's not a huge deal. He did find some very specific wiring issues on the new build that I would have missed. If I could ding half a star I would because afterward the national network that he seems to be part of contacted me a couple of times for things like insurance. Like, twice to give the same sales pitch. I don't like it. And after closing they couldn't even come close to matching the insurance I did end up going with. read more
