Before I post my review, I want to say that I read the previously posted negative review, and if you read it, PLEASE disregard that lady's post! If you go to her Yelp profile, you will see that she has given negative reviews to just about every place she has taken the time to review. If you give any stock to her reviews, you will be led to believe that all employees are "rude" and all establishments are "horrible". This is just not the case. People need to learn to give a little grace and extend some mercy. You never know what people are going through. And I have no idea what this lady went through in her life to make her believe that everybody is out to get her and that nothing can make her happy, but have mercy! Try looking at things from a different point of view. Try turning that frown upside down! Life is too short to be negative about everything. Now...for my honest review of Benchmark Physical Therapy... I have been going to Benchmark for about 4 years. What began as therapy for an old ankle injury progressed to pre-surgery strengthening for follow-up surgery on the same ankle, as well as an additional surgery on a torn labrum in my shoulder. For a 50+ year old woman to go through surgery to alleviate many years of pain, I needed the absolute best post-surgery care available to ensure the results would be positive. If given the choice, I would choose Benchmark over and over again. Not only do they accommodate my busy work schedule, but they go out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable each time I walk through the door. When you're a patient at Benchmark, you are not just a patient, you are part of a family. You are greeted with a smile, and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Lacey is amazing! She listens to my concerns, and is always willing to adapt my exercises to best suit my comfort level depending on my pain level on any given day. English is the absolute best! If there is any issue EVER with billing or insurance, she has it taken care of so quickly! And Madison is the kindest! He keeps me laughing so much that I hardly notice how much I'm working!! And This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Taylor, who has sadly moved. I miss seeing him, but I know big things are in store for him because he was always so attentive and so very good at helping patients. Overall, there aren't enough stars to give Benchmark at The Narrows. They are like family to me, and I'm so blessed to be not only one of their patients, but I consider each of them a friend. read more

Since I was damaged in the military in 1964, and am a disabled Veteran, I have been to several Physical Therapist. Some were good, other's not so good and that is the element of my experience until I went to Bench Mark Therapy having two knee replacements, sciatica nerve challenges, arthritic hips, and knees only to mention a few problems from my damage. Finally, as fate would have it, I went to a small clinic close to my home where I went in as a skeptic and came out a believer. This small clinic has a clinician named Lacy Hill. I was with Lacy Hill and her staff for about her about 7 to 8 months and was treated so well that I cannot say enough about this clinic and what Lacy and her staff did for this broken down Vet. I am 76 years old, and I am walking with less pain, for the first time since 1964. I owe them more than what the insurance paid out and Veterans Administration paid, and I am ever so grateful for the care they showed and the expertise of the care that was administered not only to me but to all the patients that I came across while in the clinic. The positive attitude that was displayed by the staff was reflective of the level of care and concern for each patient that Lacy Hill showed and this attitude was reflected in her staff. Presently I am in Europe but when I return, I will be going back for treatments. I would recommend highly Lacy Hill and her staff, no matter the physical problem you may have, to treat your ailment and you will be as satisfied as am I. read more

It is so unfair that one person's negative review can hurt an outstanding business so much. Please ignore a recent review that seemed to be based on several untruths and did not reflect the experiences I've had at Benchmark at the Narrows. I have been using Benchmark Physical Therapy for over 5 years now and I have never been disappointed with the treatment I have received, especially within the last year. I have chronic pain issues (neck and back) that I have suffered with for many years and the care I have received has made a major difference with my quality of life while helping with pain management. I recently had total knee replacement (March 11) and Lacy Hill and her team at the Narrows have given me the highest quality of care with compassion and concern for my wellbeing. The office coordinator, English Young, is always courteous and welcomes me with a warm smile. The PT tech, Madison Roberts is like a cheerleader as he guides me through my exercises. He always encourages me, especially when I'm having a hard day. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for outstanding, compassionate care while getting physical therapy. You will not be disappointed with the care you will receive. read more

BenchMark has changed my life. I had stress fractures in both knees, weak and hyper mobile joints, and wrist pain. I've never been met with such compassion, knowledge, and understanding with an injury. I could not recommend this place more. Lacey is the best PT in the world and is so conscious of comfort level and always knows exactly what to do. English is the sweetest receptionist and will always help you figure out insurance coverage and scheduling. Madison is hilarious and always ready to help and do the exercises along with you. Joyce is always smiling and happy to work at the best PT facility there is. I came to BenchMark with a very high level of pain and very discouraged, thinking I wouldn't be able to run again. But this team has never once failed me and has gotten me stronger than I've ever been. All of my gratitude goes to this place and these people. I would like to share my experience with the BenchMark team as they offer Physical therapy. They have always exceeded my expectations. It is very comforting to work with knowledgeable people who have your best interest at heart, understands your needs and getting you where you need to be. Lacey has always offered the leadership to her staff necessary to get the most out of your visit. There attitude is always positive. After my hip replacement my therapy went well and I have not had any issues at all. I have ( 6 each had a great experience) and I will continue to recommend them if you need Physical therapy. read more

This place is awesome! I am a professional baseball player and the knowledge and personable treatment at this facility is excellent. I don't know why there is a bad review on here. I think that person got her "PT"s mixed up. Sounds like they need a Personal Trainer to be with them every second of the day. The front desk staff is always on top of things! And make sure the patients have everything they need. I would highly highly recommend this spot to anyone! The entire team at this location from the front desk to the PTs are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their jobs. My issues were in both of my knees and lower back. After finishing my six weeks with them I am now able to do knee bends (I am 74) for the first time in several years. My lower back issues are also gone. On my last visit they provided a home exercise plan to be sure that my knees and back remain pain free. I highly recommend this team to anyone requiring PT treatment. read more
