I had been to physical therapy in the past, and found it to basically be an intake by a physical…read moretherapist, whom I never interacted with again, followed by doing exercises while the physical therapy assistants were in the room but didn't do much else. So when I was referred to Therapy South for physical therapy for a new set of issues, I had little hope for any success. I WAS SO WRONG. I was assigned to Laura Richardson who has helped me so much that I feel I owe her my life. At Therapy South, everyone is seen EVERY by a physical therapist, not just an assistant. At the location off of Clairmont Avenue, Laura and Emily are both amazing dry needling practitioners. They spend one on one time with you at the table after exercises, guided by them but also with help from their wonderful floor staff. For my injuries, I received soft tissue massages, dry needling, heat ultrasounds, and of course ice and the TENS unit. When you "graduate" from physical therapy, you are allowed to go back and come in for quick appointments just for dry needling. Dry needling sounds horrible, but for me, it has been a miracle treatment to help decrease pain related to my muscle tightness, pain, and/or spasms, TMJ, neck pain, migraines, and cerviogenic headaches. When you walk in, Pam greets you as if you are family. Laura always remembers exactly what I need help with. Emily has such fun energy and has advanced training in TMJ needling. I have never had Leslie for my therapist, but my husband did, and he found her so helpful. The stretches and exercises she showed him have helped him so much he doesn't have to go back. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Go now! You won't be sorry.

I know this is just me but they really need to be cleaned but if cleaning is going to cause therapy to decrease leave them dirty. Thank you for listening

I googled chiropractic care in the area and found Archetype had good reviews. Booked an appointment for the next day figuring I had nothing to lose by getting treatment, I was just hoping to be able to ride in a cart and cheer on my buddies and didn't really expect to play anymore golf on the trip. I found Archetype to be a very professional health care establishment. Dr. John (Palmer) and his staff spent approximately 90+ minutes using various techniques on my back. I was still sore that evening, but seemed to be a little more comfortable. The next morning I woke up feeling really good. I was able to play 36 holes that day, carefully of course, but without pain. The following day I comfortably played another round. Dr. John's work was nothing short of miraculous, I'm so fortunate to have found Archetype, saved my golf trip for sure!

The hospital didn't have one clue what was wrong and why a 19yr old athletic child was in full cardiac arrest. He stayed in ICVU for 3 weeks still no diagnosis. They sent him home with meds, heart monitor and tons of doctor appointments. I watched my child lose 45lbs in a month! I was horrified of thinking I could lose my child so I HAD to find an alternative. I was introduced to Stefanie at the Ryan Clinic. She created my son a strategic plan to get him better. Fast forward to Sept 2023 he was released from under the cardiologist care after hours of testing. His heart muscles had regained there strength, he picked all his weight back up and is back in the gym training... I watch my son in ONE WEEK after following Stefanie plan start to improve.. I owe this woman my LIFE because my son would either have had a pacemaker or not with us today.. Needless to say she gained five more patients. Me, my husband and entire family I LOVE the Ryan Clinic! There are alternatives to your health!! People need to know this..
