They were happy to answer questions and made the whole process easy, especially for someone who hadn't been there before. The facility itself was really nice--clean, well maintained, and professional. They also had a great selection of rental firearms, including some options that I don't normally get a chance to shoot back home. I also thought the pricing for the range, rentals, and ammunition was very reasonable, especially considering the selection they had available. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely come back the next time I'm in the Scottsdale area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting from out of town or looking for a quality range.

After consulting with my ChatGP "buddy\advisor" specific screws were crucial to successful install. I purchased them separately from Amazon. Steve didn't like the head tapering. He asked permission to use his own screws. Upon my affirmation, he proceeded to his belt sander to make custom length modifications on his own screws. He treated my Tracker like a surgeon with his scalpels being a host different punches, screwdrivers, and Allen wrenches. He was intriguing to watch! Not only did he calibrate my scope perfectly, I asked him if he could take a quick look at my 9mm semi with a green dot laser to check its alignment. "No problem". Done in a jiffy. I can't recommend Steve more highly!

We had general knowledge of handgun defense, but found we were severely unprepared for real world scenarios with stress involved, when you only have seconds to react. I highly recommend this class as an intro to this training company. I believe they are amongst the top in the country when in comes to tactics that actually work and keep you alive. Mike starts out with the philosophy of the Warrior Mindset and then shows how every aspect of life should be approached with this mindset. The class was worth more than the money, and the smaller class size helped personalize each person's training for where their skill level is currently at. I enjoyed that day so much, I signed up for Rock Mountain Defense CCW class. Then I had fun trying to do the Navy Seal Rifle qualification course. It will make you appreciate the skill level of our talented military, police officers and first responders. They also offered a free AR cleaning class at Sportsmans Warehouse. I care a lot about a persons background and history when I am paying for a class. Jon, being a retired Phoenix Police Officer, has practical insight​ on defense with a rifle. He is an NRA instructor as well. I felt very comfortable learning from both him and his wife. I encourage new shooters to take their courses. You won't be disappointed.
