Highly recommend this place if you're in the Fairfax area. They have a nice selection of various flavored ice creams, sundaes and milkshakes. I chose hot fudge sundae with chunky monkey ice cream with some Oreos and M&Ms. Such a great combo. People at the counter are very friendly and also provide nice recommendations if you're confused about what to get. Ambiance is nice. Parking is easy to find as well. Price is nominal as well. They have a little porcelain cow inside for kids to sit on and a few outside tables so you can eat and sit. The parking is a bit tight, but that's not their fault. Glad I got the split scoop of the Milk and Cookies and the Cookie Dough ice cream. Milk and Cookies tastes just like it sounds - cookies and cream. Bursting with flavor in every bite of Oreo chunks and swirls of cookie dough. The Cookie Dough ice cream with a rich vanilla base paired really well with Milk and Cookies and elevated the flavor. While the whimsical chocolate sprinkled and cookies coated waffle cones looked so alluring I kept it simple with the plain waffle cone and instantly regretted my choice after taking a bite. The bland waffle cone didn't have the crunchiness I was hoping for and started leaking, I ended up throwing away most of the cone. Such a bummer! As the ice cream melts pretty fast, I'll just go with a cup. The new Marshmallow Sky tickled my taste buds with delight from the marshmallows, cookie dough, and blue food coloring! While the ice cream flavor was perfect with the Brownie Blast Sundae and Oreo cookies, the brownie was a bit stale. It didn't taste fresh and I believe made the day before. The brownies are made fresh every other day. Would love a do-over with a gooey decadent fresh brownie made that day! The traffic and parking situation can be a logistical headache. You might not only getting a headache, from how fast you eat ice cream. Parking in here is, let's just say park in the back if you can. When I eat ice cream I want to relax. This isn't the optimal spot for that. Yet I do recommend it. The reason is simple. It's the employees who make it welcoming. Very good customer service here. Even when it does get busy, all of their folks are polite and efficient. As for the prices, Ben and Jerry's is expensive. There's no getting around that. Most of their choices are full of flavor and fresh. My recommendation is to go with a waffle cone. read more

They closed early because they didn't want to service people on line for free cone day. The manager Robyn was not helpful and another employee came out and yelled in front of children. Free cone day goes until 8 pm yet they refused to serve people at 7:45 who were waiting on line that whole time. read more

Free cone day was insane, but the employees were great at mitigating the hundreds of people that went through the line. The employees and volunteers were so extremely helpful and nice and also were very careful with allergies that I had. I love free cone day! To person who commented about them shutting the line down at 7:45, it took them until 8 PM to get through all of those people, so obviously they had to stop the line at some point otherwise people would've just kept lining up, those employees were there for nine hours that day and they deserve some grace. read more

They just opened last week. This used to be a Frozen Yogurt place right next to Panera. Been looking forward to the opening of this store. Since today is no nice outside, decide to stop by and check it out. It comes in two sizes for Cup( Small and Large). You can also get waffle in a cup or cones. The place is small with only two small tables so your best bet is eat outside or in your car. They have so many flavors some of which I have never heard of before. That's the good news. The bad news is I will be in trouble if I come back to try out other flavors. I got Phish food, which never disappoints me- Chocolate Ice Cream, marshmallows, caramel, and chocolate candies never do. My friend ordered a Mint Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream, and enjoyed it. I just wanted to post a review about the phenomenal service I received from Ben & Jerry's Catering at my son's 16th Surprise Birthday Party. From the very first time I contacted Kyle he was always very responsive and accomodating. On the day of the event there was a slight delay with my son's arrival but Kyle was patient and understanding and at the end all of our guests had a fantastic time. Many of the guests commented on the exceptional service and of course the deliciousness of the ice cream flavors. Will definitely have them again at any event I am having. I'm very happy to see this store taking safety steps and not allowing people inside. During this covid pandemic it's a big deal and I commend them. But the bad review is due to the experience we had today with a rude employee. Not sure what her name was but she was older and not your typical teenage ice cream store worker. I was shocked how rude she was. It's an ice cream store! If you can't be happy and cheerful and half decent then go work for the IRS or DMV!! Totally ruined the whole ice cream experience. I had a really bad experience here. My boyfriend and I came to the store in the late afternoon a few weeks back, and the store was relatively empty. There was a group of friends in front of us who were ordering. We stood in line behind them and waited for our turn. While we were waiting, two other parties entered the store and got in line behind us. When it was our turn to order, the employee (a tall white young man with glasses) looked at us, told us "one second," and then proceeded to take the orders of the parties behind us. We were puzzled by this, but didn't say anything. The two other parties got their ice creams and moved in front of us to pay. While they were paying, another customer entered the store and the same employee took this customer's order from across the store before the customer even reached the line. He intentionally passed over us to take this new order. At this point, we were baffled because we have been standing there patiently for so long. Eventually, we called over another employee to help us (after three separate parties have been served). I told her my order, and before my boyfriend could say his, she left to go make it. I don't want to make this about race, but we were the only asians in the store. We felt intentionally ignored, and we have never experienced this type of service in any restaurant or store before. read more
