Visited the other day when shopping with a friend. We had used the mobile app to order and there was a clear pickup spot marked. The app estimated our order to be ready in 15 minutes. We had arrived after waiting at the pickup spot and nobody helped us. We then went to the registers to say we had a pick up order and they redirected us back to the pickup spot. The workers honestly just looked at us like we were crazy. The orders were still not ready (and had not even been started) so we had to wait for them to look up our orders in the system and make them. The cinnamon rolls (minis) were excellent but the overall service was not great. Gotta ruin the diet here and there. If you're going to do it, Cinnabon works as directed. Flat out their cinnamon rolls are delicious. These are loaded with sugar and frosting. Yet with inflation, they've gone up too much in price. That's my main beef, as you'll drain your credit card. Their coffee is only so so. By now they should have had a strong brew. Do not swipe your gift cards! On three separate visits, they double charged me. What happens is they tell you to swipe, says it doesn't work, then they manually enter your gift card number and it's fine. I noticed the first two times when I noticed my gift card balance was lower than expected so I checked online for the specific transactions and sure enough, they charged me twice for every visit. I complained via the Cinnabon website and heard back directly from the owner who explained they were working on upgrading their system and made it right by giving me a gift card back. However, I went again today and my son swiped the gift card. Well, of course it didn't work and they manually entered my gift card number to inform me there wasn't enough to cover the cost. Luckily I had the receipt from my previous visit to prove how much was on the card. After a direct call to the owner (from my previous experience), he said it was fine so I didn't have to pay the additional difference; however, my gift card which should've had $1.59 left was completely depleted. Their Cinnabons are OK and we go to the mall often for take out which is why we kept going back, but I don't plan to go back anytime soon and will never get a Cinnabon gift card again. MMMM, CINNABON!!! I've always been a fan of Cinnabon, because WHO DOESN'T LIKE CINNAMON ROLLS?! This chain was founded back in '85 in Washington, but its HQ is out in GA. They are usually located in malls and airports and are known for their baked goods, especially for their cinnamon rolls (the Classic, Minibon, Cinnabon Bites, Caramel Pecanbon, and, currently, their special, the 'Wild Berry'), Chillattas, coffees, and lemonades. I absolutely looooove their Cinnabon Classic Roll, as it's pretty monstrous in size - it contains Makara Cinnamon (from Indonesia), warm dough, and topped with a rich cream cheese frosting. The only thing is, make sure you get it fresh out of the oven, because there is a huge difference - regardless if the staff tells you that the ones out in the tray have been brought out 'recently,' say you will WAIT for the fresh batch coming out :D The cinnamon roll itself is so soft (not a dry bit in sight), and the gooey cream cheese frosting is lovingly-drizzled all over (you can always ask for an extra cup of of the frosting, if you wish) - one can eat it with their hands, but I get all dainty and use a knife and fork - it cuts easily into it, and it definitely satisfies a sweet tooth! They are consistent! Everything is made fresh in front of you I respect that. Plus I get to see the cool process of how the rolls and everything are made. Make sure to eat it while it's hot! The frosting is creamy and the cinnamon rolls are oh so creamy! Yummy I love to share one with someone as that is fun to see who gets to the middle first! My only problem is the drinks. The coffee here is very lackluster and bland. It's not worth what you pay for. Their other drinks as well are water down and disappointing. I would grab some fresh coffee at Panera which is a few doors down and is much better quality. Be sure to grab a couple for the road before you leave for the rest of your crew! Not all workers strongly speak English however, they supported on and other to get the job done. Today I purchased two 15 packs for the office. They provided plates, napkins and utensils.
