I had traveled to New London for a long weekend to attend a friend's memorial service and after my arrival on Thursday I realized I had forgotten the charger for my Phonak hearing aids. It was going to be a tough weekend. I decided to make some calls and see if I could find help and to make a long story short, I was lucky enough to call Thames and speak to Krista. After checking with audiologist Jean P. Tuneski, she told me they would loan me a charger. They never mentioned a fee or security deposit, just offered to loan me the charger.
