Great staff, great service, five stars highly recommend. I've been going here for about a year for my psorasis. I like everyone and everything about this location, I've had my psoriasis under control thanks to the guidance of the staff and the prescription Humera. I love their new medspa. Kelsey, Luanne, Dawn and Chris Thompson are the best. Luanne performed my Morpheus laser which is the best procedure I have had done in 5 years, Kelsey did the hydra facial and peel and Chris Thompson injected my lips. Dawn capped it all off with their proprietary Hollywood peel. Again, the experience and expertise, best dermatology practice I've visited. Thanks all

Today i visited Dr Ecker for my skin cancer evaluation and some tips for keeping me young. Let me start by saying the office is brand new. New equipment everywhere and fish to keep you busy in the waiting room. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Dr Ecker is the best dermatologist I have visited in CT. He's also the tallest. Very knowledgeable, very sociable and well educated. Best dermatologist in CT. 5 stars for an excellent visit

My name is Jon C and I've visited Integrated Dermatology of Groton a few times this year for cosmetic procedures. Fractura twice, Morpheus three times and a VI peel and hydra facial once. I have never looked younger nor have I ever received so many compliments on my skin. My facial and peel were performed by Kelsey (who is outstanding) and for Restylane in my cheeks and tear troughs. Each time except for the facial I have seen Luanne Hespeler, who is absolutely fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. With that knowledge she is able to recommend and explain different options in order to get the results you're looking for. She's a fantastic listener, kind, considerate, generous, she genuinely cares about her patients and giving them the results they are hoping for. She even gave me her cell phone number after my first fractora treatment. Just to make sure I get a hold of her if something didn't feel right. Honestly who does that anymore? I was amazed! I have recently moved from CT to CA and I hate that I have to find another dermatologist. They will have a high bar to reach after being with Luanne and the staff that supports her. From the receptionists Brittany, maryann, Veronica to her assistants Jennifer and Jenny, they are all incredible, caring and accommodating. All my friends and family rave about this practice and rightfully so, they are amazing. If you are looking for the best dermatology & medspa experience in CT, integrated dermatology of Groton is the place to go. Thanks Luanne for helping me regain my lost confidence and making me look and feel fabulous again. Highly recommend

Luanne was my physician and not only looked at my condition but took samples and asked a lot of questions.

I went there after a really bad allergic reaction and this man took a huge biopsy from my cheek and…read morethen cauterized it leaving with a hole in my face. Who does this???? 2 months later my pcp asked me who did that to your face and why did he not put stitches in?? I told her and she was angry. He was in a hurry obviously he didn't care at all. I hate that entire office and I will never set foot in there again.

I am a Navy veteran and active duty Navy spouse stationed in Groton Connecticut for about a year…read morenow. I was referred to Eastern CT Dermatology through Tricare. I read their reviews and thought wow what a nice place and close to home. I went to visit the office today because my appointment is tomorrow and I wanted to make sure everything was in order for my appointment. When I arrived I was met with a confused stare and told the doctor I was scheduled for was not coming in tomorrow. Then Mary Anne looked again and said oh wait I think the PA will be here tomorrow. They also informed me that they don't have my Tricare referral yet. I sat down and called Tricare. I went through all the necessary steps to have the referral faxed again. While I was waiting on hold with Tricare I began to cough because I have a cold and I have a mask on to assure that I keep my cold to myself. Mary Anne at the front desk said Ma'am we can't see you tomorrow because you are sick and you are compromising all of our patients. I had a mask on and I just have a minor cold. I've had this cold for two weeks now and I'm at the end of it and just experiencing a dry cough because I didn't have water sitting there contacting Tricare over and over againShe was looking at me like I was a out break monkey or something. Mary Anne and Martha both laughed and talked about me while I was standing in front of them. Horrible customer service. I also don't understand why they don't have access to patients referral look ups. They make the patients do all of the work and threaten to not see you if you don't bring in a paper copy yourself. Well thanks Laura. K for the shout-out . I'm glad to hear you had a wonderful experience. I wish I could say the same. I'm updating my review because of my recent experience with this dermatology clinic. I must say that there are a few wonderful staff members there that treats their patients with respects and kindness. In fact I love my dermatologist there. He is always available for questions and help whenever you need it in a timely manner. My dermatologist recommended Fractora so I took his advice and scheduled a treatment. The day came for the procedure and I was late ‍. I was to arrive at 10:20am but I arrived at 10:30am. I was also standing in line waiting to check in until 10:40. The front desk staff members said sorry but we can't do your Fractora today because your facial numbing procedure will cut into our lunch time. We will schedule you for Monday. I got a phone call from them this morning and the staff member said "I'm sorry to inform you but we have to cancel your Monday appointment due to low inventory. You have a skin complexion that requires a special needle . We have limited stock because we don't get that much business from people with your darker skin type so we are not ordering any extra right now because it's not worth it. We will keep you on a waiting list that could take months to get you in. You should just look elsewhere or go to a place wherever the Navy moves you. Good luck".
