However, around this time of year every year, my wife and I try to think of new ways to be better and healthier into the new year. when she booked me a massage and sauna appointment and told me to show up here at 1 PM today, I was pleasantly surprised! upon walking in I would've never known there was all of this in such a quaint building. It really is a relaxation spa at its finest. The massage was one of a kind and probably the best Therapist I've had in this area. She ran over my our 1 hr window because she noticed a few areas that needed just a little extra work. This is something that never really happens in all the massages that I've had. She spent time discussing problem areas and giving me methods of Treatment to continue at home. She even mentioned shoulder issues that she noticed my body flinching and recommended reaching out to a physical therapist, which is something I'll be looking into in 2025. Upon wrapping up the massage she brought me for a quick tour of the facility and again I was shocked by everything they had to offer. This massage included a 30 minute sunlighten infrared sauna session. I do not have much experience with sauna however this was quite the experience and I look forward to many more sauna sessions as we look forward to a healthier 2025. I cannot recommend this spot enough and I look forward to more appointments in the very near future. If you haven't booked an appointment for a massage and/ or are simply looking for a new therapist. The pool area is still really in need of a deep clean. The baseboards are filled with dirt and possibly mold? Tons of dead bugs by the hot tub windows. For as pricey as this place is, it's really dirty when you look around. This wouldn't fly in a 5 star hotel anywhere else. I had an excellent 80 minute deep tissue massage and fun relaxing pedi with Patty! I left feeling relaxed but was still disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in some areas.

There is one "cave" and a couple of individual rooms. I went in the cave and was the only person there. The cave is gorgeous - ceiling to floor. The ambiance is very relaxing. You are treated to soft music and the sound of a fountain, and sit/lay on a zero-gravity chair. A blanket and a lavender-scented eye mask are provided (as well as slippers - no colored socks on salt). After the session, you get to relax further by resting your feet on a pink salt foot rest and drink water. There's also a shop l, that's very pretty. I cant remember her name but she's the one that seems to speak English the best. That's who did my pedicure. maybe she's the owner I'm not sure. But the moment she asked me if I was getting spa treatment added and I declined her whole mood changed. And that should've been the first red flag but because I came here before I didn't really think anything of it. my pedicure was rushed And I mean rushed the quickest pedicure I've ever had lol. Like 30 minutes and even then I feel like I'm being generous. a lady next to me who got gel French as well with NO spa treatment, we were seated at the same time, started at the same time and I was done before her. My pinky toe was cut extremely short to where it looked like a had no toe nail and just my skin was painted. At first glance the pedicure looked okay. But two hours after I left the buisness I go home and the gel was peeling clean off my toes. All I did after the pedicure was pick up groceries and my children. I've been getting gel French pedicures for the past 15 years and never experienced this anywhere. there was gel in the cracks of my toenail that were peeling and cracking and I knew if I peeled it all the gel on my toes would come off with it. And after that I really examined my pedicure. By my cuticle on my big toe wasn't even painted 3/4 of my toe was done and I didn't even think that was possible. my toenails were round instead of square and were different shapes and uneven . I gave the lady a $15 tip on top of paying $70 for a pedicure ONLY. Because as I said I've been here before and received good service. I called the establishment and the woman who answered that I'm pretty sure was the one who did it just said sorry and hung up . No type of resolution, no offer to fix it, NOTHING. just took my money . If I were anybody I would pick a different establishment for a spa mani pedi treatment and I am moving forward. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE. I literally peeled it off and had to except I got jipped $100. After reading other reviews a lot of other customers experienced similar things as me as well recently.
