The worst customer service I have ever experienced.I ordered a microwave from them on 12/19/25. I was told it was in stock and that it could probably be installed in the next few days. I paid $2,450 that day. I was told they would get right back to me with a delivery schedule but no one did despite my numerous attempts to reach them. I was left without a microwave while entertaining over the busy holidays. I finally reached them today, 1/5/26. The manager, William, who I believe may also be the owner, was very rude. When I complained he said "My apologies but...... He said that I ordered it on 12/19 and very sarcastically said I should have known it was the holiday. He said they were very busy and besides, they couldn't deliver it because I hadn't paid the invoice in full. I had paid for the microwave in full but assumed I didn't have to pay the $293 for installation until after it was installed. He then said if you go to Best Buy don' t you pay for installation up front. When I said I would have paid it up front if someone had spoken to me and told me I had to. His very sarcastic reply was something like, okay, maybe I should say don't you have to pay for installation up front when you shop at Sears or Kmart. I raised a very legitimate concern which was met with rudeness rather than any sincere apology or attempt to accept accountability. When I told William that I could understand why his business's Yelp review was so low he replied that the reviews were not accurate because his business was confused with another similarly named one. To be clear, this review is for Bell's Appliances of Coral Gables at 3140 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Based on this experience I would caution anyone against shopping at this store. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! They deserve less than one star. I can't emphasize enough how horrific my experience with Bells Appliance has been. It's been over four months of sheer torture since I bought a dishwasher and several other appliances from them. From day one, the dishwasher was a disaster. It broke down repeatedly, Their sales associate, luz, was not just clueless but actively unhelpful. the staff has been shockingly incompetent and completely clueless about the situation. What's more, my attempts to reach out to the owner, William, were met with deafening silence. It's clear that he has absolutely no interest in the well-being of his customers or the reputation of his business. In a futile attempt to fix the dishwasher, Bells Appliance sent out four different technicians, each of whom confirmed that the machine was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Despite these clear recommendations from their own hired professionals, I have received no concrete action or solution from the store. This store's incompetence is beyond belief. I implore anyone considering a purchase from this store to proceed with extreme caution. My patience has worn thin, and I hope that by sharing this review, others can be spared the anguish I have endured. After having a cooktop for a week and it not functioning. Bells sent a technician to come repair it. The technician advise it was more likely the installation of the appliance and suggested we hire an electrician to take a look. The electrician discovered the appliance wasn't even wired properly. So instead of Bell's returning to repair the faulty installation, they sent a technician who told us to call an electrician. read more

I purchased all my appliances through Bell via Joe Dillon, had no issues. Appliances did take a while to arrive but that was due to COVID. Andres was my installer he was fantastic! He was cautious when drilling through the backsplash and left everything nice and tidy. No complaints. read more

They have the worst customer service and business ethics! My wife and I placed a huge order for our home and half the appliances arrived late and wrong. Instead of fixing the issue they stopped responding to our emails and when we called for answers, we got transferred straight to voicemails which never got answered.The owner and Laura are complete scammers. DO NOT trust them. Months later we are still waiting for our refund and now have paid double since we had to use another company to get out appliances. read more

They demand that you pay 100% before they deliver any appliance, including the installation charges. Installation was a disaster, the cabinet installer had to level and adjust everything. But the main issue was with a Miele vent hood that they installed improperly to the point that I was afraid it would fall. They sent a supervisor who agreed that the install wasn't proper and promised to fix it. Their story is that the appliance was missing the installation parts. Six months later Miele finally sent all the "missing" parts and recommended an installer who did a great job. In the mean time, Bell's was unresponsive and making excuses if I happen to catch Laura, my sales person. They charged $425 for the install which is almost 33% of the cost of the appliance and didn't install properly. The installer recommended by Miele (Island Woodworks) charged me $200 for a job done right. I'm still fighting them to reimburse the install cost but they just ignore my requests and it has been too long to have the credit card pull the charge back. All Laura says is that she will get back to me and never does. read more

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Purchased a new oven and paid for installation... they did not secure the oven in the cabinet with the screws that were provided, did not install the trim piece and never made sure the microwave they installed was working. The oven tilted forward when I lifted my Turkey out.... Very dangerous! They still have not returned to fix this 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service... read more

We went in to buy all the appliances for a newly remodeled kitchen and there were 2 employees sitting in front of their laptops, totally ignored us, didn't even ask If we needed any help. We just waked out found another representative of Sub Zero and Wolf appliances where we were treated extremely well. Bells lost out on a $53,000.00 sale and I have steered my brother and cousin that were also looking for all of the same appliances away from them. My advise is don't bother them, they have no interest in selling. read more

They were paid to do the installation. 5 of the seven items I purchased have had issues. Not the product I ordered, Installed improperly and the install not finished. Anytime I had a question ,which were many , he would call or text back immediately. He has a great staff working with him and His installer are the best. I wish I had seen the previous reviews before buying from them all our houses' appliances. We bought refrigerators, stove, hood, many smaller wine refrigerators etc. Two things did not work properly and now, 9 months later, we are still waiting for them to fix it. I am preparing to take them to small claims court for those items. The amount of time wasted! They install things that do not work and when you tell them, (ours was a water filter that did not have water coming out) they say we need to call the appliance company as that is not their problem even though they just sold it to us and installed it. So 9 months later we are still waiting. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them. read more

Where to begin.... I purchased over $30,000 worth of high end appliances from our friends here. When the appliances arrive, they sent a installation guy that delayed the install for several weeks, making strange excuses like "someone owes me money" and "I can't come today, there was an identity theft", just very bizarre comments from a representative of a supposed legitimate business. Then the hood for our kitchen arrives, and the gent comes by himself. Very quickly, me, the owner of the condo, my employee, and my friend were helping your installation guy; first figuring out how to install it because he didn't know, and then do the physical labor. Two of us had to lift it to the ceiling and hold it while he screwed it in. It was absolutely ridiculous. If we weren't there, there is no way he could have installed the hood. The building manager explicitly told the installation guy to vent the hood back into the building and he just left and said the "PLUMBER" would do that...come on. The owner of the Bell's arrived and swore they would fix it. They did several days later and again, he installs the hood incorrectly, and DOES NOT vent the hood back into the building, as they were instructed many many times. I will never do business with Bell's again, but I would offer them a generous compensation to be CLOWNS AT MY NEPHEW'S BIRTHDAY PARTY next week. They were really good clowns.... But really, do you think this is good business? The installation was not just simply late but the lack of any clear plan to provide the essential service that your company is to deliver, does not exist. Dude I didn't want to have to post a negative review but you've had many opportunities to make this right, and you still do. read more

Working with Bells appliances was a top notch experience. They quickly got us the quote for our new Miele washer and dryer and scheduled delivery within 24 hours. Before scheduling my husband checked their yelp reviews and was initially concerned - he called Bells to discuss what we had read and after learning about their processes felt confident that they were the vendor to work with. Now, at install we ran into an issue - after leaving it turned out that the power in the washroom was not working. They returned the same night to address the issue - turned out it was not their install rather a n electrical issue with our home that they were able to troubleshoot and find a work around. It was a positive experience overall - yes it wasn't perfect - but they were patient and attentive to us with impeccable follow through and customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My husband and I went to purchase a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. We opted to pay the additional $175 for Bells to also install the washer and dryer. The dryer we ordered was gas, and you would think someone working in an appliance store for many years would know the requirements for gas appliances. Well, the washer and dryer were delivered to our home (set outside, not even brought in), and we called to find out when they would be coming to install. Mike Purdue, our sales rep, told us, "Oh, I'm sorry. We can't install gas dryers." Ok, well, than could you credit us the installation fee? "Sure," he told me. The next day, I had my plumber come out to install my washer/dryer. I've been working with this plumber for 8 years, and he's the real deal and knows what he's doing. Guess what? There was no gas conversion kit included with the dryer (I have tank gas, not city gas), and also no hoses for the washer. So my plumber had to charge me $175 for a visit where he was unable to install the machines. I had to wait a week and deal with countless phone calls to the company in order to get the hoses and the conversion kit, and was treated like I was a nuisance no less. They didn't even ship it to my house, I had to go pick these up at their store once they came in. So, then, I had to pay AGAIN for my plumber to come back and install them, and he found out that the washer was also missing 7 plugs that go into the back of the washer that was supposed to come with it. I called the company again, and again, and again. Mike never returned my calls. My final bill from the plumber was $600 to install a washer and dryer! And by the way, he had to fix the poorly installed dishwasher that Bells had "installed" i.e.: plugged into the outlet but not anchored. I complained via email about the missing plugs and felt that the company should reimburse me for the $175 for the original visit since they hadn't sent the necessary parts, since I was getting nowhere with phone calls. I never heard back. I got an email maybe another month later saying that the plugs were at the store and I could come pick them up. I responded that they could mail them to me so I'm not inconvenienced any more and I never got a response, nor have I picked up the plugs. I will not be stepping foot into that store again. And I suggest you don't either! And I still have never received a response regarding the $175+. read more
