Bells & Bloom were suggested to us by our wedding planner and I couldn't have done it any better in terms of florist if I went looking myself. I was able to communicate with Paula what kind of designs and colors I like (news flash: this bride loves her bright yellows!). So Paula came up with great designs for me and my bridesmaids. I had to make some changes in the order towards the end and Paula was very flexible with that too. read more

Paula is amazing! I had a small civil ceremony at SF City hall. I sent Paula a picture of a bouquet I liked and she made it come to life! The flowers were flawless and smelled absolutely AMAZING! I would highly recommend getting any flowers or arrangements from Bells and Bloom! You will not be disappointed! Paula was also nice enough to deliver the flowers to our hotel by city hall so that we didn't have to run around SF before our ceremony! read more

Paula was such a dream to work with. From the start, she was very sweet and professional at the same time. She really took the time to design something I really loved. She welcomed my pictures I had saved for inspiration, and offered different options of flowers and colors. The morning of the wedding, some of my bridesmaids went to pick up some extra flowers for the venue. Turns out they walk into Paula finishing up on the bouquets! They sent me photos of my bouquet, and wasn't entirely in love with some of the darker flowers. With no hesitation or irritation, Paula replaced the dark ones with a perfect lighter bunch. am absolutely speechless of how gorgeous they turned out. They were EXACTLY what I wanted. The delivery went smooth and it was just another piece to my amazing day! Her prices are worth every single last penny. Thank you Paula, so much! read more

Getting married in the Bay Area is expensive! As a bride I worked hard to get the wedding I wanted without overspending. I looked at a lot of florists and got at least a dozen quotes. Some shops were charging 2-3x Paula's price for the same flowers! I'm so glad I went with my gut and chose Bells n Bloom. I was a kind of stressed bride leading up to wedding but one thing that helped was that Paula created sample arrangements so there would be no surprises. She also went out of her way to buy a new floral arch to help complete the vision I had for our ceremony. I was so pleased when I saw the flowers at the wedding. Their beauty exceeded my expectation. read more

It was a pleasure working with Paula and the Bells & Bloom team! We had the opportunity to work directly with Paula to bring together all the floral arrangements for our wedding. My wife had some very specific ideas that she wanted which were not all in season nor readily available. Paula utilized her connections, inventory and experience to help bring it all together! She offered us a lot of great ideas and was always professional to work with. On our wedding day, we hardly noticed that she was there, but the floral arrangements were prepared, staged and ultimately everything she handled looked incredible! We would definately recommend Paula and her team! The cake looked great. Most importantly, my wife looked incredible!! Jim, Amy and Pearl the bulldog. read more

Working with Paula was fabulous. I needed 20 center pieces for a birthday party that I was planning. The birthday girl was turing 100! We needed something classic, soft and feminine to enhance the table settings. Paula nailed our vision and executed a flawless design. She really cared about making our event special with beautiful arrangements while also staying within our budget. On the day of the event as I ran around frantically, I was comforted knowing that Paula would take care of the flowers. She assisted with setting up the tables to ensure a flawless execution and even gave me advice on the overall aesthetic of the presentation. I will definitely call her for my next event! read more

We were introduced to Paula by a colleague of ours and hands down, she is the best florist that we've worked with! From our initial meeting, she was personable and willing to work with our vision for what we wanted for our wedding centerpieces. It was so easy to communicate with her, and whenever we had a question, she was always quick to respond. Leading up to the wedding, she created a sample centerpiece for us, and we were blown away by how beautiful it turned out. We gave her an idea of what we wanted it to look like and what flowers/color scheme we wanted, but gave her free reign to design what she wanted and she did not disappoint. She let us know what flowers she used, what flowers might be available for her to use closer to the wedding day, and what flower colors we want to change for the centerpiece if we didn't want to use a particular color. When making our wedding centerpieces, she texted us photos of all the flowers she planned on using for our arrangements. By doing so, we were able to be part of the process and were not surprised with anything. We loved all of her flower selections! On the wedding day, she delivered and set up our centerpieces and bouquets for us on time. Her flowers truly made the wedding venue - it made the venue look absolutely gorgeous. Our guests could not get over how beautiful and gorgeous the arrangement were. It was so nice to work with a vendor who we trusted whole-heartedly and who was able to take our vision and make it come to life. read more

This review is long due! My wedding was in October last year and I had the pleasure to work with Paula for my bridal bouquet, the boutonnieres, corsages and centerpieces. Paula had great suggestions, gave a lot of attention to my requests, and was so easy to work with. The bridal bouquet was big and beautiful, even better than I expected! I received a lof of compliments. Luckily for the centerpieces, Paula gave us a sample so that we could check how it fit at the restaurant for our reception. As the sample turned out to be too big, we changed the size and everything looked perfect the day of our wedding :) I highly recommend Paula! read more

Bells & Bloom - Bridesmaid arrangement by Bells & Bloom! - Floral Designers Near Me - San Francisco, California

I selected Bells & Bloom as my florist for our wedding and I can honestly say that it was the best money I spent during my wedding planning process. Paula made my dreams come to life an absolutely nailed it. After meeting with her for my initial consultation, Paula sent me a presentation with a slide for each item we discussed and a complete cost/breakdown. She made sure I was 100% satisfied with each item, answering any questions that I had. Paula created two giant 5" alter pieces with huge white and green hydrangeas and beautiful roses, 10 bridal bouquets, my bridal bouquet, 11 corsages, and 20+ centerpieces for our reception, as well as pieces for our cocktail hour/bar and entry into the reception. I can not express how impressed I was with the outcome of her work. She understood my vision and made my dreams a reality. Paula was by far the best vendor and most amazing person I met during my wedding planning process. She is smart, easy to talk to, very friendly, and extremely talented. Additionally, one of the main advantages that sets this florist apart from other vendors in the Bay Area is that Paula receives flowers directly from the source as her family exports them directly to her. The bouquets were so fresh that it took 3 weeks for me to dry out my bouquet! Everything that she created was better than I imagined it, arrived on-time or early, was set up and transported without my involvement, and the entire experience working with Bells and Blooms was truly the definition of exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend this amazing florist for your wedding. read more

Paula was worth every penny! Before I met Paula, I was having a horrible experience with finding the right florist for my wedding. I am very particular about flowers and felt relieved after meeting with Paula for about 30-40 minutes to discuss my expectations, budget and style. She provided me with a PDF showing me the inspiration and theme of my wedding, and style of each piece I was ordering including the quote. With each modification I made, she updated it and I was thankful I had that PDF to reference to. In the following months, Paula went above and beyond to ensure that I got the flowers I wanted, ordered and charged at-cost pricing for the vases, and found the pedestals and vases that match my vision. We even met up 2 weeks before my wedding to see a sample arrangement, and I ended up throwing Paula a curve ball by changing the style and color. By this time Paula already placed an order to source the flowers. Thankfully, Paula pulled through and ensured that I didn't need to worry! In the end, I actually ordered a morning bouquet (from another florist) and a 2nd bouquet (from Paula @ Bells & Bloom) for my ceremony. I picked up the morning bouquet at 7:30AM but by the time 3PM rolled around, all my beautiful coral charm peonies were already flustered and bent out of shape. However, the 2nd bouquet that Paula made for me is still slowly blooming 2 days later. Paula is professional and had my best interest in mind. When it comes to planning a wedding, we see too often that people are charged 2x, 3x, or even 4x the normal pricing. It's a breath of fresh air that Paula's in the floral business & I hope Paula continues to stay in business for other brides! I would recommend all my friends and family to Paula! read more

Paula is failure, not only has she provides terrible service but she lied to begin. The flowers my wife and I bought for our wedding were terrible moreover we did not receive the correct order. The flowers were poorly packed and the flowers were wilted. We emailed Paula right away and she stated she apologized for the poor quality of flowers and that she would offer a full refund because the flowers were in bad condition due to the fact the flowers were out of date. In addition Paula failed to have our boutonnieres ready. My father, father in law, and mother in law did not receive their boutonnières because the order was incorrect. Then Paula decides to change her mind and only give half of the refund. I recommend anyone to not use Bells n Blooms flowers for their wedding. This company is a failure. Sure they received positive reviews prior to this one, but believe me this time they failed. They failed to even be sympathetic due to the fact our flowers were wilted and the order was completely wrong. Just imagine if this was your wedding. Paula and her failing company will receive terrible publicity. Giving her one star is not even right but the only reason why she's getting one is because I can't proceed to publish this review without giving her a star. I have attached the pictures so everyone can see how terrible the flowers were. read more

Paula did the flower arrangements for my wedding and then helped me again with arrangements for my company's holiday party. Her prices are very affordable and she was very flexible which gave me the opportunity to find my own vases for my wedding and leave it to her to determine the best way to fit my arrangement into my vase. The process took some patience, of course, as with any other wedding preparations. There were a number revisions and test runs until we reached a flower arrangement that I loved. Before I was lucky enough to find Paula I was having a difficult time finding a florist for my wedding. Not only were other vendors extremely pricey, but they are also difficult to speak to. I came across Paula on Yelp and she emailed me very quickly. We met in person for our first meeting and as soon as we met her I knew I was going to like her. We explained what we wanted and she knew exactly what my style was as showed us pictures to be sure. What really sealed the deal was the passion she had for her business and how knowledgeable she was. We met one more time before the wedding, she had made the centerpiece arrangement and it was beautiful. The day of our wedding I had some minor final additions and she made it happen without an issue. Everyone commented on the flowers and I was extremely happy.
