I've been following Fleur*t on I.G. for some time now. I'm super inspired by their floral arrangements and was blown away by the arrangements that were being put together at the shop. Recently Brenda posted about orchids that she no longer had space for. I reached out right away and she kept them for my class. . . AMAZING! When I went to pick them up Brenda went above and beyond to provide tips for caring for the orchids and bringing them back to life. Thank you Brenda for being such a thoughtful community partner! read more

One of the best florist in SF. I've ordered from Fleur T a handful of times, and have never been disappointed. Their arrangements are seriously outstanding, all their work are pieces of art, put together with love and precision. I usually order flowers from them for special occasions, and they've always delivered on time, easy breezy. I'll post pictures of their floral arrangements, they are even more stunning in person. I can't recommend Fleur T enough. read more

The service, selection and value here were all above and beyond. Like many florists I get the impression that perhaps most of their business is events but they always put together breathtakingly beautiful $50- $100 pieces when I stop by. And. It's not like I stop by weekly. They don't know me as a regular client which makes the experience all that much more delightful. Thanks Fleur*t! read more

Had the most amazing experience at Fleur'T last weekend. My daughter and I took a floral arrangement class with the owner, Brenda, and it was hands-down the best way to spend an afternoon! Brenda closed the shop for us, laid out snacks and drinks, and curated a collection of beautiful blooms to use. After a demonstration, my daughter and I started working on our own arrangements. Brenda was kind, helpful, funny, and an all around professional. The quality of the flowers was outstanding and we walked away with new skills and two beautiful arrangements. I would highly recommend Fleur'T and this class to anyone!! read more

Beautiful quirky colorful flowers for my daughter. Thank you! Appreciate the delivery.

Thank you Brenda and Fleur't for the most gorgeous flower arrangements for my husband's birthday dinner party with family. The colors of the flowers were so vibrant in deep reds, orange and yellow tones, set in a gold vases, and the green leaves on the table. Absolutely beautiful. Perfect for the Spanish ambiance in the private room at the restaurant. I always trust your judgement when designing the perfect flower arrangements, and you always surpass my expectations. Everyone at the family gathering was very impressed with the flowers arrangements on the table. I am so happy you were able to set the arrangements before the guest arrived, as some family members came a little early, but the table was set. Here are a few pictures! read more

Gorgeous bouquets. Quick turnaround for those of us who always think about giving flowers at the last minute.

I discovered the fantastic Fleurt as I researched best florists in San Francisco to send flowers to my son and daughter-in-law who just had their first baby. The florist is also a black-owned business which is always a plus. When I called, I was fortunate that the owner Brenda answered and patiently listened as I described the type of arrangement I was looking for. She recommended free-spirited roses that are fragrant, sturdy and a gorgeous orange color. Also an arrangement that would have a small footprint for a hospital room, something I hadn't thought of. I highly recommend Fleurt as the only florist you need in the Bay Area. Thank you, Brenda! read more

Long overdue review of this beautiful flower shop and the gorgeous work done by the owner. Every time I see her work I am in awe of the beauty she creates. Back in December my wonderful next door neighbor turned 90. I wanted to make sure we gave her a beautiful floral arrangement. Fleur't is the only place I trusted for this special arrangement. Brenda put together a beautiful arrangement with gorgeous subtle fall colors. My neighbor was moved to tears by the arrangement. Just beautiful. My husband is known to frequent her shop and surprise me with her beautiful arrangements. I recommend Fleur't to everyone!!! read more

They never disappoint! Beautiful arrangements, wonderful customer services, and always accommodating... Also, Latino/black owned business.

I went to Fleur't's soft opening before the pandemic.... and I have to say, what a beautiful gem of a shop! The most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen in my life! The different variations and colors were simply breathtaking! I spent well over an hour looking at all the beauties to choose from and just couldn't decide so the owner, Brenda put together the most beautiful arrangement for me! I loved my flowers so much that I not only bought an arrangement for myself but also for my Mother as a pre-Valentines Day gift! My Mother loved her flowers and also agreed that they were the most beautiful flowers she's ever received! Thank you, Brenda for your talent and making our days brighter! read more

There's no run of the mill arrangements here. Everything here has a special touch. Her weddings are particularly beautiful (that's how I found her), and her personalized arrangements are inspired. If you want to see true beauty, order something with peonies. read more

Freaking Gorgeous EVERYTHING! wonderful staff and shop smells like heaven :D

They must fly the flowers over in their lap from Holland- seriously a dozen orange tulips for $48?!!! The flowers are pretty & well chosen here, but seems like they have an awful lot of floor space devoted to accessories: $18 scented candles, an oversized urn etc. The few times I've gone in there to buy, gasp, flowers, they seemed preoccupied with preparing arrangements for their accounts, which must be where their focus is. I can forgive all of that, but what I can't forgive is what they did when my husband ordered flowers for our anniversary. He wanted a rendition of the bouquet I carried on our wedding day (I know, awwwwww) which was huge with lots of different colors & types of dahlias and fragrant sterling roses. He is a dude, and I wasn't there so who can know exactly how the ordering conversation went. That said, what he got was a small bouquet all in light purple, with one type of sad little dahlia, and stock used as filler and a sizable price tag. He was so disappointed. What happened here? Did they misunderstand multi-colored, just didn't make the effort to go to the flower mart, or maybe they assumed we weren't tony enough to court repeat business from us. Bad move. They're in our neighborhood, but we sure won't be using them for anything. read more

The worst customer experience EVER!!!!!!! Last Saturday, I was having a rather large dinner party at my house to celebrate a milestone birthday. One of my dearest friends, who could not attend, ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday as a surprise. On late Friday afternoon, I get a call from Fleur't telling me I was getting flowers delivered on Saturday as they wanted to be sure I would be home to get the delivery...So there goes the surprise! When I told them I wasn't sure when I would be home for the delivery they suggested that I come to their store and pick the flowers up anytime after 10am on Saturday. On Saturday morning we arrive at Fleur't at 10am only to be greeted by a sign stating they were closed for a big event! So why would they tell me to pick up flowers when their store is closed??? I then left a message requesting they call me back. A few hours later I received a call from Fleur't telling me that my friend who placed the order on late Friday afternoon, called back on Friday night and canceled the order, and then called again on Saturday morning to confirm the order. When I told the girl on the phone that this story did not make sense she insisted that the order was canceled and her tone was borderline argumentative and extremely defensive. So let's see, my friend placed the order on late Friday afternoon, then supposedly canceled the order later in the evening and then confirmed the order on Saturday morning???? So what really happened? Well, my friend did call back Friday evening to request that instead of ordering flowers to be simply put in a box but to have an arrangement done. Some how, the folks at Fleur't thought she meant to cancel the order....not sure how they arrived at that conclusion! Since Fleur't thought the order was canceled they never made an arrangement and didn't feel it was necessary to call me and tell me not to come into the store to pick up the arrangement. And here's the kicker, Fleur't never issued a refund until my friend called them today, requesting a refund 5 days after they canceled the order! If they had any business sense they should have put together one of their best arrangements and delivered to me today as a way to make up for their major screw up! But of course, they did nothing! I can not recommend this florist to anyone! If Fleur't can't get a flower order done properly it doesn't matter how beautiful they can arrange flowers if it is never delivered! read more

I always have really good banter/conversations with the girl behind the counter. Other than being highly complimentary she knows alot and gives good gift ideas. They have expensive (yet beautiful) jewelry and home decor items... they also actually have very reasonable priced candles, flowers and cute table books. I guess it is a mix of the self esteem boost I get from going there and the scent of the orange candle I got that make me love this place and give it five stars. read more

Fluer*t is the hottest place to get a floral arrangement in San Francisco. No need for 1-800 flowers here...Jonathan will mix up an incredible design for that someone special on your list. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter was talking to her delivery guy. She gave me a brief "hello", and then went back to her business at hand. I was in a rush and just wanted to quickly buy a bouquet, so I stood patiently and did that "look at the sales person in a needful but polite way" thing that you do in this instance. The woman then finished talking to her delivery man, and then turned away from me to look at something on her desk. Then her cell phone rang, and she answered it. (rude, right?) So all this while I am waiting, and I can tell that she has no intention of wrapping up her phone call any time soon. So I walk out. As I am leaving I see the delivery guy outside, and I ask him if it is always so difficult to get help in this store. He gives me a sheepish grin and says, "uhhh, sometimes.....in the mornings..." and trails off, obviously embarrassed. Screw that! Apparently Fleurt couldn't care less for your money. read more

I am in-sync with the other yelpers, Fleur't is one of the most innovative floral designers around. The designs are sophisticated, bright, beautiful and brilliant , these arrangements will perk up everyone's day. The store itself is like opening Pandora's Box, you never know what you are going to find but can't wait to find whatever it is. I recommend going there to discover all of the wonderful gifts that are housed under one roof. read more

Having admired their store many times, we hoped Fleur't could help us at the last minute with our City Hall wedding. We needed a bouquet for the bride, boutonnieres for the groom and fathers, and flowers for the mothers. We thought we could do it ourselves (we did the flowers for our reception party the day after City Hall), but we're so glad we decided to go with professionals for our actual wedding day. We literally met with them one week before the wedding, they managed to create a gorgeous bouquet and really cool and unique boutonnieres. During our consultation, they listened to our preferences, made helpful suggestions, and assured us they could follow through and deliver something special. On our big day, the flowers were on time and perfect -- they really helped to make our simple civil ceremony something really memorable. read more

Best Florist in SF, no the world! Brenda did the flowers for my wedding and they were everything I asked for AND more. She exceeded my expectations with her artistic talent and professional customer services. Not to mention, the quality of the flowers was outstanding. I love fleurt! It was an hour before my city hall wedding and I kinda sorta forgot I needed a bouquet for the ceremony. ooops. I quickly yelped for the closest florist and voila.... I arrive at fleurt. I feel bad, since I didn't ask for the names of the awesome ladies who helped me (neither of them were the designer), but the ladies quickly put together a beautiful white and orange bouquet for me. Fleurt saved the day! Love! read more

This little place is unique and the fragrance of the flowers, candles, etc. is wonderful. Very welcoming! That by itself pulled me right into the shop. The staff is friendly and happy to help, answering questions about their one of a kind creations. I happened to be in the area, having brunch at Eats cafe across the street. I understand that there is a Jonathan on staff at Fleur't. No, Yelp readers that is not me. I am a journalist, not a florist! So please don't confuse this Jonathan with the Jonathan from Fleur't floral designs. There are many items, like hand painted tiles, etc. for home decorating besides flowers and floral arragements. This shop is upscale and so prices are high. Yet the staff gives lots of attention to detail. When I got home to write this posting, I read of few of the comments. I can see why someone might get the impression that the place has an attitude, especially with its upscale atmosphere. Yet, when I walked in there today, the staff was friendly and helpful and eager to greet everyone. Clement Street gets busy and all the shops along that block get lots of customer foot traffic. Meter parking is right outside the door. This shop on Clement is located near Arguello. This section of Clement Street is really quaint. Take some time to look around and enjoy the ambiance. read more

My experience with the Fleurt florist was amazing. We came to San Fran on the yacht for the America's Cup.. As our boss loves her flowers, and we had plenty of guests coming and going, they needed to look fresh at all times! Last minute orders, vase pick up and arrangement delivery, touch ups, lovely and very helpful staff-all of this and more I got from Fleurt!!! If we ever come back this way, I won't hesitate to use them again! read more

Can't speak to the flowers, but I just bought a great pair of turqoise and silver drop earrings and have been getting raves. Wow is all I can say after seeing the flowers I bought for my wife today. Not only were they beautiful, colorful, elegant and amazing, but they were delivered on time (which has been something that I have had trouble with from other flower vendors). Interacting with the people at Fleur't was an experience in it self. After talking to them for a while I learned that the owners are all friends, who's hard work, passion, energy and charm were a welcomed change from some stores where the staff don't seem to give a shit about the customers. The staff embody the spirit and attitude that helps to make San Francisco the best city in the world. I guarantee that if you go in to their beautiful little store front on Clement Street you will be treated like a valued customer and you will find everything you need for your floral and design needs. On the day, the delivery and set up staff were so friendly and professional. The flowers - WOW - I was blown away!! They were SO creative, impeccable, just beautiful! I called to place an order for an arrangement for my cousin, who just had a baby girl. I told them nothing too "girly", something elegant and tasteful. ... I'll admit it, I'm a total romantic. I love grabbing some impromptu flowers for my girlfriend. Generally I've just picked up a bouquet from a nice flower stand, but for V-day I wanted to do something a lil' more interesting, so I gave Fleurt a try. What a great decision, if I must say so myself ;) Sooo helpful. Like the other review said, you can really tell these people enjoy their work and each other. My girlfriend is a designer, so she has pretty definite tastes. For a lil' more than I'd spend at some random flower stand, I got a custom arrangement that blew me and, more importantly, my GF away. More like a living sculpture than a group of flowers. AMAZING! My GF was so impressed that we had to stop by and thank the owners. In the process she managed to pick up a few cool home furnishings for her current project. Very pretty space. 5 stars! This is a special place, filled with special things for special people. read more
