Arrangement was lovely. Ordered the night before and flowers were delivered on time the next day. Excellent value for what I paid.

They don't deliver what is ordered! Received a which was suppose to be long stem roses... the roses weren't fresh and definitely NOT.. anywhere near long stem. Crooks... dishonest business read more

Finer Flora - Order of long stem roses...poor quality, short roses. Dishonest business!!! - Florists Near Me - San Francisco, California

Do not purchase from here! My husband purchased flowers and upgraded to a bigger bouquet and we received the standard size. When we called in to mention their mistake, the said they redelivered...which is a total lie. We have Ring and no one ever attempted to redeliver the correct flowers. They then refused to redeliver the flowers and offered a 30% discount. What the actual f? So let me get this straight...we didn't get remotely what we ordered and we still have to pay for it? No thank you...credit card dispute it is. These people are crooks. read more

I do not recommend ordering from here. My boyfriend ordered surprise Valentine's flowers to be delivered to my home. I live in an apartment complex and my door is not too far from the elevator, however, the lady who delivered my flowers put NO effort into the actual delivery. She said she did not find my unit door, so she just put it by the elevator, where it is a highly trafficked area during the day. When I asked her over the phone to kindly deliver it to my door. She said no. For expensive $100+ flowers on Valentine's Day and when flowers are in high demand (I was worried about theft), she did not want to walk an extra few feet to make sure it was delivered to my door where I can keep an eye on it with my front door camera. read more

I believe flowers are sentimental and a nice reminder that even miles away someone is thinking of you. However, the flowers that were delivered to my gate were not the same ones marketed on the website. While I support small businesses, it's unethical to charge customers at a price for what they see on their website, but not deliver what is expected. read more

I order online from www.fromyouflowers.com. However the bouquet was from this store, and I was very bummed out when i seen the bouquet I order was not what was advertised. It was missing pink roses and a bow. I paid about $50 for it and what I received was something I would of gotten at Safeway for $25. Even though I got $11 refund I am still very bummed out due to false advertisement. read more

I am a FedEx delivery driver and some days are rougher than others and today was one of those!! I was deep in the weeds the general public was not being very nice and then all of a sudden like a ray of sunshine.. I went to drop off one of this floral shops neighbors packages like the instructions had asked me to. And on my way out the door this incredibly nice amazing woman offered me the most adorable and beautiful tiny little bouquet of flowers that was even wrapped with a little bag of water so it didn't dry out and die by the time I ended my shift. It was the smallest little token but it meant so much to me and my day!! Any florist that takes the time to create these little bouquets it's not only an amazing florist but most importantly an amazing person!! We need more people like this in the world especially now!! Anyone who does this for someone who's not even a customer definitely deserves your business!! read more

I live in New York and wanted to send a floral arrangement to my son and daughter in law who live in San Francisco. I looked at the selection online and called the store. I spoke with a staff member and explained what types of flowers I was looking for. The staff member made some suggestions and asked my price range. I had no idea what the arrangement would look like and hoped it would be really nice. My son sent a photo and I am so pleased with the arrangement! It exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this florist! read more

This is a cool little flower shop, located on California St. They just opened about a week ago. I stopped by on Saturday to get a dozen roses for my wife. The flowers were really fresh and the prices very reasonable - but it gets better! The owner and her husband, Ana and Alex, are the most down to earth people ever. While I was chatting with them about their new business, a lady and her two young kids (neighbors, I assume) popped in to say hello. Ana and Alex would not let them leave until they gave the kids each a balloon. This is why I love finding these small little family-owned places in the city. Such personality! If I'm back in the area and in need of flowers, I'm definitely coming here again. Apparently they deliver locally as well, but personally I'd rather stop in and say hi to these nice folks. read more

I came here for an occasion that one hopes never has to go through. My father passed and I was looking to order the casket arrangement as well as a couple of floral sprays. The customer service we received was top notch. The owner was super accommodating. We never ordered from her before but when I saw the flowers the day of the funeral all my worries were laid to rest. They were gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted and exactly what my father deserved. Her price points were extremely reasonable and her services were priceless. Thank you so very much for your help and the gorgeous arrangements in my father's memory. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. read more

Delivered flowers to the wrong house! Do the drivers have a problem reading addresses? Our daughters called and said to expect flowers for my wife's birthday. We were home all day and expected them. However, when we ventured outside, the flowers (with our address) was left exposed by the metal gate of our neighbor's house. Apparently, the delivery people either can't read or didn't care where they dropped the flowers. Thieves abound and these could have been easily stolen. Maybe Finer Flora has way too much business and can afford to make mistakes and still make money. Certainly, I would never use them or recommend them to our friends and family. Look like they have some negative reviews, so we aren't the only ones dissatisfied with them. read more

A fantastic little flower shop a few blocks away from my apartment. I ordered a boutonnière for a law school soirée (think law prom) the morning of the event, panicked, thinking that there would be none available on such short notice as it was high school prom season. Ana assured me it'd be ready in half an hour, which it was, and it was beautiful. She was also thoughtful enough to include an extra pin just in case I had trouble with the first one. I recently dropped in the other day for a small bouquet of "just because" flowers for my fabulous roommate, and I requested something small and tasteful, preferably low and containing field flowers. Ana knew exactly what I was thinking of and pulled together an arrangement in less than three minutes. When I had initially walked in, she asked how much I was looking to spend and I said no more than $25. She ended up only charging me $13, and wrapped it up in adorable craft paper, too! This is definitely my go-to flower shop from now on. The location and friendly, attentive service can't be beat! read more

My wife and I hired Finer Flora to put together some table arrangements for a friend's memorial reception. The flowers were beautiful, and the shop's staff were helpful and professional especially considering that we didn't have much time to plan. They even opened one hour early on the day of our event so that we could pick up our flowers on time. They also allowed us to borrow carrying containers for the vases at no extra cost. This is a great inner Richmond neighborhood florist. Thank you. read more

I don't usually take time to post reviews but it is worth noting that this florist should be ashamed of what they sent me given what was paid and advertised. A picture says a 1000 words. Don't waste your money on this poor excuse for a florist. This was supposed to be a $70 arrangement and this is what I got! Absolutely embarrassing! Make note that all of the 5-star reviews for this place are old and for the previous owners who were actually great at what they did. The new owners clearly have no talent and don't care! read more

I called today 4/25/17 and asked that something similar to the images on their Yelp page be delivered to my best friend. I live in Denver and she lives 1 mile from this florist, but usually I would have planned better and given the florist more time. My Boyfriend lives in Austin, Texas & has been gettin' my flowers from this flower for the last 3mo.s. I got my 1st arrangement couple days before Christmas & it was so ugly. I didn't said anything coz i didnt want him to feel bad. It's still thr thought that counts. So he got me another one on Jan. 29 & again i wasn't happy about the flowers, They seem to be going to a funeral. At this point i kinda told him something. I really didn't wanna offend him but i really wanted him to get me at a different florists or not send me at all coz obviously he's just wasting money. They don't even last long coz when they're being delivered, they're almost withered & on Feb. 28, i received another one & same thing. This time i got really mad. I had flowers sent to me a lot of times but not as bad as these ones. Supposedly 6 pink roses & i only got 5. I even end up re-arranging them to somewhat look pretty. What they have online are not what's being sent out. U guys gotta do your job waaaaay better read more

This was my "go-to" flower shop before a change in ownership. I may have caught the new owners on their worse day (Valentine's Day) but it was a terrible experience and I won't be going back. My main problems are that they were very disorganized and, frankly, are bad florists that make bad bouquets. They couldn't find record of my order and when they did, my order wasn't even prepared. They had to make them on the spot and did a terrible job. I paid $30 for four roses (not matching and unevenly cut) and white daisies. I'm shocked to see so many 5 star reviews but the dates look too old. I'm sure they were for the previous owner who was fantastic. read more

I just created an account solely with the purpose of writing this review, the service was so incredibly I just had to write a review. I called and asked if I could have a bouquet ready in 10 mins, I showed up in a rush, before the time had elapsed and the most beautiful bouquet was already prepared. Over the phone I said I wanted a $15 bouquet and the one she had prepared was definitely worth far more but she only charged me the $15. I will go back in a heart beat and recommend this florist to everyone. One of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever purchased prepared in a matter of minutes, I've never been so happy with a service. read more

My first time here. Flowers are really good quality here and customer service (Ana) is excellent. Highly recommend. I'm going to come back.

Very basic options with absolutely no wild flowers. Basically what you can buy at Safeway for a 1/3 of the price. Worse, the person working could literally not comprehend the English language which made it impossible to even discuss the arrangement I was looking to put together. I left without purchasing. read more

Absolutely loved our bridal bouquet and a boutonnière made for us by Finer Flora Design Studio! It was exactly how i imagined my wedding flowers. Ana, the owner was very easy to work with, and offered lots of great ideas for our City Hall ceremony. They lasted a long time and, the color combinations were truly unique and beautiful. Definitely will recommend for bridal flowers and events! Thanks ! read more

If you want quality, fresh flowers, this is going to be your favorite flower shop! Alex and Anna, the owners, are helpful and hard-working. They consistently create arrangements that show a real eye for art and a love of flowers. I have Anna's arrangements delivered to my office every month. Simply elegant flowers in a vase or stand change the room and for weeks my office has the scent of blooms. Flowers from here seem to last much longer than any others I have had delivered. Finer Flora created my bouquet for my wedding at city hall this past fall and sunflowers (with mason jars) for the party we threw afterwards. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I took in photos of the type of bouquet I was looking for about a week before the actual date (yep, I'm a procrastinator!). The woman at Finer Flora pretty much replicated what I wanted but it was even more stunning in-person. She also suggested sunflowers for the party and it was all within budget.
