When we called in to mention their mistake, the said they redelivered...which is a total lie. We have Ring and no one ever attempted to redeliver the correct flowers. They then refused to redeliver the flowers and offered a 30% discount. What the actual f? So let me get this straight...we didn't get remotely what we ordered and we still have to pay for it? I do not recommend ordering from here. My boyfriend ordered surprise Valentine's flowers to be delivered to my home. I live in an apartment complex and my door is not too far from the elevator, however, the lady who delivered my flowers put NO effort into the actual delivery. She said she did not find my unit door, so she just put it by the elevator, where it is a highly trafficked area during the day. When I asked her over the phone to kindly deliver it to my door. She said no. For expensive $100+ flowers on Valentine's Day and when flowers are in high demand (I was worried about theft), she did not want to walk an extra few feet to make sure it was delivered to my door where I can keep an eye on it with my front door camera. read more

However, the flowers that were delivered to my gate were not the same ones marketed on the website. I am a FedEx delivery driver and some days are rougher than others and today was one of those!! I was deep in the weeds the general public was not being very nice and then all of a sudden like a ray of sunshine.. I went to drop off one of this floral shops neighbors packages like the instructions had asked me to. And on my way out the door this incredibly nice amazing woman offered me the most adorable and beautiful tiny little bouquet of flowers that was even wrapped with a little bag of water so it didn't dry out and die by the time I ended my shift. It was the smallest little token but it meant so much to me and my day!! Any florist that takes the time to create these little bouquets it's not only an amazing florist but most importantly an amazing person!! We need more people like this in the world especially now!! Delivered flowers to the wrong house! Do the drivers have a problem reading addresses? Our daughters called and said to expect flowers for my wife's birthday. We were home all day and expected them. However, when we ventured outside, the flowers (with our address) was left exposed by the metal gate of our neighbor's house. Apparently, the delivery people either can't read or didn't care where they dropped the flowers. Thieves abound and these could have been easily stolen. Maybe Finer Flora has way too much business and can afford to make mistakes and still make money. Certainly, I would never use them or recommend them to our friends and family. Look like they have some negative reviews, so we aren't the only ones dissatisfied with them. read more

This is a cool little flower shop, located on California St. They just opened about a week ago. I stopped by on Saturday to get a dozen roses for my wife. The flowers were really fresh and the prices very reasonable - but it gets better! The owner and her husband, Ana and Alex, are the most down to earth people ever. While I was chatting with them about their new business, a lady and her two young kids (neighbors, I assume) popped in to say hello. Ana and Alex would not let them leave until they gave the kids each a balloon. This is why I love finding these small little family-owned places in the city. Such personality! If I'm back in the area and in need of flowers, I'm definitely coming here again. Apparently they deliver locally as well, but personally I'd rather stop in and say hi to these nice folks. read more

I came here for an occasion that one hopes never has to go through. My father passed and I was looking to order the casket arrangement as well as a couple of floral sprays. The customer service we received was top notch. The owner was super accommodating. We never ordered from her before but when I saw the flowers the day of the funeral all my worries were laid to rest. A fantastic little flower shop a few blocks away from my apartment. I ordered a boutonnière for a law school soirée (think law prom) the morning of the event, panicked, thinking that there would be none available on such short notice as it was high school prom season. Ana assured me it'd be ready in half an hour, which it was, and it was beautiful. She was also thoughtful enough to include an extra pin just in case I had trouble with the first one. I recently dropped in the other day for a small bouquet of "just because" flowers for my fabulous roommate, and I requested something small and tasteful, preferably low and containing field flowers. Ana knew exactly what I was thinking of and pulled together an arrangement in less than three minutes. When I had initially walked in, she asked how much I was looking to spend and I said no more than $25. She ended up only charging me $13, and wrapped it up in adorable craft paper, too! Don't waste your money on this poor excuse for a florist. This was supposed to be a $70 arrangement and this is what I got! Absolutely embarrassing! They don't even last long coz when they're being delivered, they're almost withered & on Feb. 28, i received another one & same thing. This time i got really mad. This was my "go-to" flower shop before a change in ownership. I may have caught the new owners on their worse day (Valentine's Day) but it was a terrible experience and I won't be going back. My main problems are that they were very disorganized and, frankly, are bad florists that make bad bouquets. They couldn't find record of my order and when they did, my order wasn't even prepared. They had to make them on the spot and did a terrible job. I paid $30 for four roses (not matching and unevenly cut) and white daisies. I'm shocked to see so many 5 star reviews but the dates look too old. I'm sure they were for the previous owner who was fantastic. read more

I called and asked if I could have a bouquet ready in 10 mins, I showed up in a rush, before the time had elapsed and the most beautiful bouquet was already prepared. Over the phone I said I wanted a $15 bouquet and the one she had prepared was definitely worth far more but she only charged me the $15. I will go back in a heart beat and recommend this florist to everyone.
