First, the arrangements are fresh and beautiful. People I know who appreciate good flower arrangements are pleased with the product. Second the customer service is exceptional. Mariah called to alert me of a delivery issue, the delivery person said they had to leave the flowers outside. I looked and did not see them, we are in a condo complex with full time desk staff, and they did not see them. When made aware of this, she immediately, no questions ask, started a new arrangement to send out. We did find the mis -delivered arrangement later, but her response was the delivery error was unacceptable and to enjoy both arrangements Yes I will order from Petals and Decor again read more

Order flowers to be delivered. The picture displayed on their websire was colorful but asked that they add little white to make it even brighter. I've also paid additional and upgraded to deluxe. Not sure if the flowers look anything like what was displayed on the website. I know it's seasonal and they can only accommodate to what they have in stock. However, the actual flowerrs delivered was nothing close to being bright. that was what I specifically requested, bright and cheerful colors. So i knocked one point. The other point was deducted because I never rec'd confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Previous experience with other flower were delivered. Previous experience with other finished product. But I didn't get any update of the finished product nor the delivery confirmation until the recipient sent me a picture. read more

The flowers here are okay and but they don't last long after you bring it home and the prices are extremely high. I bought from them on Saturday and by Monday the flowers are all droopy even though I changed the water and gave it flower food. read more

I was unaware of this florist on West Portal. They saved the day for my son who lives in New York. He picked them off the website, I picked them up from their office. I came in yesterday looking for a pre-made arrangement, but the lovely owner Annette let me know that she only makes custom arrangements, which I actually totally prefer. I didn't have anything specific in mind when I walked in, but I noticed a greeting card on the table next to me with an illustration of an arrangement that had a color scheme that I really liked. I showed the image to Annette for just for a few seconds, and in less than five minutes she re-created a very similar color scheme and made me a beautiful arrangement to gift to my mom.
