I had already paid significantly more than the advertised online price, and now I was being asked to tip on top of that. Businesses need to honor the prices they advertise or clearly update them online before customers book. Charging one price online and another price when the customer arrives is frustrating and misleading. The experience wasn't worth what I ended up paying.

Though my experience was fine at Piedmont, I should note that I was not surprised by the reviews describing standoffishness, rudeness and general passive aggressive racism ( and specifically anti-Black ) experiences customers have had there .
